200m from beach, with 3 terraces and sea view, you will enjoy there a new villa inside with all modern comfort, with a typical architecture inserted in old Albufeira town, and all amenities in a walking distance. Jacuzzi and EV charger are available for private use !

The Space:
Wonderful place near the beach in the heart of old Albufeira town. Everything is around there : shops, bars, restaurants, sun, beach and sea that you can look at from your own bedroom terrace.

all the villa is opened to guests

The Neighborhood:
inserted in Albufeira Old Town, this villa is near every facility : beach is 2 minutes far walking distance, bars, restaurants are 4 minutes walking as is the supermarket, very clean and calm area near all the beach and recreative activities, ideal for a family or friends stay

Getting Around:
you can either walk to everything beach, old town, restaurants, bars, or use a bus or uber to the strip (4/5 euros cost), bus stop is 100m from here, called linha vermelha, every 30 minutes, you can park your car in the street in front of the garage door which is for your use only, please note a small car (208, Polo VW) will easily fit but for big cars, prefer the public park 150m from here

Great Villa In A Great Location

The villa has been renovated to a high standard and the photos do not do it justice. The outside space with the hot tub was an added bonus. Joao the property manager was very helpful and was on call to help with an queries. The property is situated in the old town and is a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the town square. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property for anyone wanting to stay in the old town. We will be back

This villa is very comfortable for 6 people and 2 children we spent wonderful holidays in there getting easy access to old town center and to the beach 2 minutes from there. Pictures do not do justice to this beautiful home.

Why they chose this property

This villa is charming, very near the Peneco beach, 200m down the street, and as it is a old town villa it is near every facility you need : supermarkets (50m),old town clubs, pubs and restaurants (300m), car rental (50m), an ideal place to spend quiet holidays without having the necessity of a car and even enjoying what Albufeira does best : sun, beach, fiesta.
