Beautiful house with great position, up in the hills above orange groves and with fabulous views down to Denia and Mediterranean. Just 15 minutes drive to Dénia with beautiful white sandy beaches st Las Marinas - perfect for families. Las Rotas area has small coves perfect for snorkelling. On a clear day you can see Ibiza from the house. The house is on an urbanisation with beautiful well kept gardens and two pools for exclusive use of the houses.

This is a quiet area with no traffic and with friendly international neighbours. Within 3 minutes you are in Pedreguer with supermarket, cafes, restaurants, banks etc. The house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The house is at Monte Solana Residence and has 2 floors. The living room with open plan kitchen is on the upper floor with sliding patio doors to the large terrace with magnificent views. There is also a cloakroom on this floor. Stairs lead up to the main entrance or down to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom is equipped with a shower cabinet and the other is a spacious en suite with a shower over the bath.
This is a great starting point for visiting the beautiful towns and cities of Northern Costa Blanca. Valencia and Alicante are an hour away and you can choose to fly to either airport. The house is just 5 minutes from A7 motorway which gives easy access to whole Costa Blanca. The white beaches at Dénia area only 15 minute drive. You can also drive inland to the many small Spanish towns and villages with picturesque squares, cafes and restaurants. The well known tourist coastal towns of Javea, Altea, Calp, Moraira and Benidorm are just a short drive. In Benidorm you find all sorts of attractions for children including theme parks such as Terra Mitica and two water parks.
Denia is a UNESCO gastronomy city and has many fine restaurants at reasonable prices. The middle-age castle is the main attraction. The town has a rich culture and history and is full of small streets and squares with cafes, restaurants and lovely shops. You can find a market in one of the neighbouring towns every day of the week. Ferries to Mallorca (2hours), Ibiza and Formentera (1hour) leave from the port of Dénia. The house is just 1,5 km from Pedreguer, the gateway to the beautiful Orba and Jalon valleys known for their orange groves. There is a sports centre and culutre centre in Pedreguer and several fiestas in July including Sant Bonaventura when a bull runs through the streets.

Das Haus liegt wunderbar ganz oben an einem steilen Berg in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Der Checkin lief völlig problemlos. Vorab gab es rechtzeitig alle relevanten Informationen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und es bietet großzügig Platz für 4 Personen. Es hat alles, was man für einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Von der Terrasse hat man einen uneingeschränkten Blick aufs Meer, das ca. 30 km entfernt ist. Die Terrasse bietet viel Platz für mehrere Personen. Der Garten mit 2 Pools ist super gepflegt und man kann hier sehr gut seine Tage verbringen, wenn man nicht an den Strand fahren möchte. Es war nie zu viel Trubel oder zu laut an den Pools, als wir dort waren. Man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto, um das Haus zu erreichen und Einkäufe zu erledigen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

La maison est très bien équipée, propre, la terrasse a une vue au top sur montagne et mer.
La piscine est propre, peu de monde très très agréable à toute heure!!
Propriétaires bienveillants, il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour.
Peut-être une petite plancha et un micro ondes serait à voir, mais ce n'est qu'un détail.
Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir!😊
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans l'appartement de Kate.
Situé sur les hauteurs de Predeguer, la vue du balcon est magnifique. Entre mer et montagne, la piscine pour se rafraîchir à toute heure, on s'est régalé.
L'appartement est très bien équipé, une literie au top, un quartier résidentiel très calme où nous avons eu parfois le sentiment d'être tous seuls, la piscine rien que nous (très rare en plein mois d'août).
A 15mn de la mer, de belles balades à faire, nous avons découvert une belle région, toute la famille est conquise.
Merci à Kate, nous espérons revenir.

We live in Bergen in Norway. Kate is English and Johan is half Norwegian and half Spanish. Johan is a composer and Kate is a civil servant. Music is our passion and we also like to hike and swim. We love the Spanish climate and way of life!

We love the location of the house. It is quiet up at the house and the air is fresh. You can walk up the mountain path directly from the house. We love to swim in the pools and in the sea. The house is light and airy, easy to get to, moderne and easy to keep clean.
What makes this property unique
We bought the house in 2019 but the house has been let through Homeaway for many years with good reviews.
