There is a bathroom, complete with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room, with a kitchen area, a dining area and a sitting area offering views over the open countryside. Outside, you will find off-road parking for two cars and a large decked area and garden. Rose Lodge is a superb base in North Yorkshire.

Town: Sheriff Hutton is a small village resting between the hills of York and Malton. The village is steeped with history, with ruins of a 14th century castle, housing Richard III in 1483, and a medieval church with Norman tower dating from 1100. Within the village you will also find a green area and two pubs serving food. Around the area you will find a vast array of activities, including walking and cycling.
