Casa Alhóndiga is an exclusive private residence located in the heart of Seville’s historic centre, where the essence and character of the city meet a refined sense of comfort and elegance. A unique space designed for an exceptional stay, featuring spacious interiors, private courtyards and terraces that invite you to experience Seville at a leisurely pace, with complete privacy.

On the ground floor, two charming courtyards take centre stage: an interior courtyard leading to a spacious 20 m² bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and an exterior courtyard with artificial grass and garden furniture, designed as a peaceful retreat for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.

The first floor is dedicated to the living areas, with an elegant lounge furnished and decorated with meticulous attention to detail, a welcoming dining area and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. This floor also features a guest bathroom, providing added comfort throughout your stay.

The second floor features the remaining three bedrooms: two with double beds (1.50 x 1.90 m), one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and a third bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 1.90 m). This floor also includes two additional full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

The attic features a practical entrance hall with a washing machine and storage cupboards for cleaning supplies, as well as two exclusive, fully furnished private terraces. One terrace is equipped with sun loungers, making it the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun, while the other features a delightful outdoor dining area, ideal for breakfast, dinner or simply enjoying Seville’s exceptional climate throughout the year.

Alhóndiga Street is located in one of the most exclusive and appealing areas of Seville’s historic centre, just a few minutes’ walk from some of the city’s most iconic landmarks, including the Cathedral, the Alcázar and the Giralda. The surrounding area also offers a carefully curated selection of shops, two supermarkets and numerous traditional bars and establishments where you can discover and savour authentic local cuisine.

Casa Alhóndiga also embraces a more sustainable approach to hospitality through the installation of photovoltaic panels, allowing solar energy to be harnessed and renewable energy generated, combining the comfort of an exclusive stay with a more conscious way of travelling.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
