Beautiful house with private pool and garden. Very quite village situated in a convenient location close to all local amenities (ATM cash machine, Bank, Post Office, Restaurants, Pizzeria, Agriturismo, Bars, Chemist, Medical Service including night time.
All comforts included, such as wifi, double glaze, fully air conditioned, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, nespresso coffee machine and flat screen tv.
Private Garden with swimming pool, paved sun lounge, external shower and BBQ area.
Costa Rei Beach can be reached within 5 minutes drive.

Wonderful property

The house was perfect. Very clean and spacious. The garden and pool was very private. Local restaurants were easily walkable although the local shop was a short drive but adequately stocked.

A lovely villa that was perfect for our family. Great location and only a 3 min walk to the Pizzeria. Another 3 restaurants only a further 5 mins away. Very quick responses from Franco and Andrea when we had any questions.

Perfect mix of location, function and privacy

Great little town with brilliant restaurants and decent sized supermarkets, conveniently located 10-15 mins drive to Costa Rei and the plethora of beaches nearby. Fantasticly clean and cool (air con) villa with modern appliances and a small but clean and usable pool, and lovely grass area with bbq and outdoor shower. We absolutely loved our time there.

We had a wonderful stay. The House is very clean, equipped with everything you need. The pool is a highlight. The nearest beach is only about 10 minutes away by car. The hosts are very nice. We can highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you Franco & Andrea for everything.

Perfect Stay

We (family of 6) had a perfect stay at Franco‘s house! Everything was very clean and modern. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a good washing machine free to use. Our kids loved the pool and the whole yard to play and relax. Franco was a perfect host, he even offered to recommend places to go and restaurants in the area, which was a great help. We enjoyed the stay very much, thank you!

The villa was lovely and the agent really helpful and easy to contact and responsive. The swimming pool though not big we loved the design of it and the garden was very private with lots of umbrellas for shade. They did not speak much English though and maybe written instructions about how things works and the recycling would have been easier than the rep trying to explain to us when he met us on our arrival.

What a wonderful start we had at Franco’s property. The house is really clean and really well appointed. The patio area is amazing, so spacious and well maintained. The pool is fantastic too, we spend so much time in it! There are also so many incredible beaches near by, completely spoil for choice. The pizzeria near by was excellent, great food and ambiance… a very local feel. There are also other places near by super market, pharmacy, butcher, a fish shop and a few other restaurants. Franco is really attentive, responsive and overall a great host. You can’t go wrong with this place!!

Fully equipped villa with a fantastic pool

Nice villa, nice garden, quiet area and a fantastic pool. Supermarket and restaurants within walking distance but a car is recommended to get to the beach and around. The villa has all you need, we mostly had dinner at home using the efficient grill in the private garden. Outdoor shower was also very nice. The guy handing over the keys was very polite and helpful but does not speak English, but we managed good anyways and the owner was very responsive on WhatsApp or sms in English. We will stay here again if we should come to Sardinia again.

Wir waren 11 Tage in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft. Wir sind von Deutschland aus mit unserem Auto nach Sardinien gereist. Es hat sich mehr als gelohnt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer vom Haus war perfekt. Die Lage vom Haus war super. 10 Minuten Fahrt vom wunderschönen Strand Costa Rei entfernt. Das Haus war sauber und sehr geräumig.Der kleine Pool im Garten war ausreichend für eine abkühlung und perfekt für die Kinder zum spielen und planschen. Der Check in und Check out war problemlos. Hervorragende Ferienwohnung

Vom Check-In über Kommunikation während des Aufenthalts bis zum Check-out war alles super. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Ausstattung ist außergewöhnlich gut und umfangreich. Es gibt sogar eine Spülmaschine. Die Gegend ist unglaublich schön. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und flexibel, wir konnten zu jedem Zeitpunkt anreisen, zu dem wir wollten, und die Abreise auch ein paar Stunden nach hinten verlegen. An einem Mittag wurde der Pool gereinigt. Dies hätte unserer Ansicht nach zweimal in der einen Woche geschehen sollen. Das aber war der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt, der aber den positiven Gesamteindruck nicht schmälert.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten als Familie schöne Ferien in diesem Haus. Der Pool ist herrlich, die Terrasse ist sehr schön. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt, man kann an viele schöne Strände in der Nähe in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto fahren. Supermarkt ist im gleichen Ort.

Maison superbe

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cette maison qui est spatieuse et dont le jardin est vraiment le point positif. Il est tres agreable et la piscine super avec les enfants qui ont pied presque partout. La.maison est d'une propreté irréprochable et bien équipée. L'hôte sest montré toujours tres joignable et disponible dès que nous avions besoin. La maison est dans un petit village mais a quelques kilometres seulement de plages superbes. Je recommande cette maison.

Traumhafter Urlaub in tollem Ferienhaus

Wir waren schon öfter an der Costa Rei in Urlaub, aber noch nie in einem so tollen Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung hat ein hohes Nivea, das Grundstück ist von außen nicht einsehbar und der Pool ist klasse. Unser Vermieter war immer für uns erreichbar, allerdings war vor Ort alles perfekt, so dass wir keine Unterstützung benötigt haben. Beim nächsten Urlaub an der Costa Rei werden wir genau hier wieder buchen :-)

Hat alles was es braucht und unweit von tollen Stränden

Haus mit 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem schönen Garten. alles sehr sauber. Der Pool Ende September eher kühl, jedoch bei so vielen wunderschönen Stränden in der Umgebung auch fast nicht nötig. Unbedingt mal in einem Agrotourismo am Abend Essen gehen, war sehr toll.

Geräumiges Haus mit tollem Garten

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche) haben uns in diesem Haus wohl gefühlt, da es viel Platz für 4 Personen hat und sehr sauber geputzt war. Die Betten, die Schlafcouch und die Bäder sind sehr gut, der Garten mit Liegen, Stühlen, Pool und Gartendusche traumhaft. Die Möbel (Kästen und Küche) sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber okay. Die Ausstattung ist nicht üppig, aber um Kleinigkeiten zu kochen ausreichend. Gestört haben mich die Becher aus Kunststoff für Wasser, Wein, Bier und Kaffee, zum Glück gab es noch 3 kleinere Gläser und 3 große Keramik-Tassen - für eine Wohnung für 6 etwas zu wenig. An den Strand braucht man mit dem Auto mind. 10 Minuten, aber dafür wird man mit wunderschönen Stränden belohnt! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub, danke an Andrea und Paula!

Dear Elke Thank you for the nice review. I would like to point out that the reason of having plastic cups it’s to avoid accident in the pool as it’s happen previously and we had to drain the pool to remove completely the hundreds small peace’s of glass. Best regards Franco Ibba
