Beautiful house in one of the best areas of Valencia, near the town Puig or Rafelbunyol. Located at the foot of the beautiful mountains of Siera Calderona and lush orange groves. This pine area and very quiet, with pure air. Verde and only 10 km from the white sand beaches of Puig, Pucol, Pobla de Farnas.
Only 5 km from exit 311 of the A7 motorway Barcelona-Alicante and 8 km (10-12 min) from the "Rafelbuñol" metro stop.
It is an ideal place to relax and forget routine and daily stress. You can go hiking on the mountain or bike.
Villa for rent for groups up to 16 people or large groups up to 25-30 people. The price for groups 17-30 people to consult.
It is rented for holidays, quiet family celebrations, weekend, Easter (minimum 3 days), New Year's Eve (minimum 3 days).
For groups up to 16 people, ONLY the 3-storey 6-room chalet is rented (N1-N6). There is the pool, the garden, playground, barbecue, parking space for 3-4 cars. The villa has two covered terraces, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, 3 living rooms (the living room with fireplace, the living room with TV, the living room for children), the kitchen. There is heating, air conditioning, WIFI.
The plot 1200 m2.
For special groups of 17-30 people from travel agencies, schools, sports clubs, language classes and others who come with their teachers for special programs we offer two homes on a plot of 2000 m2. They are a villa with 8 rooms and 4 bathrooms, possibility for 25 people, and the guest house with 2 rooms (N9 and N10) and a bathroom, possibility for 5 people.
Pets are not allowed
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you are a smoker please use the terrace.
Respect the rest of the neighbors from 11pm. It is forbidden to play music after 11pm.
Make rational use of light and water. Responsible consumption. Please turn off light and all electrical things if you leave the house.

Check-in time from 17:00, departure until 10:00, flexible, depending on possibility.
Summer we rent at least two weeks or last days between reservations.
