Enjoy indoor decor straight out of a designer magazine with all the amenities you want and more! You will be hard pressed to find another home on the lake as nice with this much appeal.

Located on open water, enjoy the south facing lot, a fenced-in and protected backyard for children with a constant great lake breeze. Enjoy the back patio spanning the width of the home with three separate entrances, three different sitting areas, outdoor grill, outdoor fireplace, and plenty of space to lounge. If you want to relax closer to the water, enjoy the bulk head fire pit or relaxing chairs on the boat dock.

Home features 3,000+ square feet, 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, open living concept, hardwood hand-scraped floors, large open kitchen with massive island, two sinks, gas stove top, marble counters, two refrigerators, washer, dryer, Sonic style ice maker and deep freezer. Home comfortably sleeps 15 people including 2 in a king bed in downstairs master bedroom, 2 in a queen bed in downstairs guestroom, 4 in two separate queen beds in upstairs guestroom, 6 in bunk-beds including two separate queen beds and two separate single beds as well as a stand-alone toddler bed with rails (can be moved to any room) in upstairs master guestroom. Home owner provides a pack n play for little ones, if needed. Home includes a 3 and 1/2 car garage as well as two driveways large enough for 8+ cars.

Home provides plenty of entertainment, toys and activities including fishing, zip lining or playing in the sand (depending on water level). Guests are provided with professional sized Texas corn hole boards and bags along with a scorekeeping stand. Or bring your own boat or jet skis and have a blast on the water. Home provides anchored buoys for guests.

This home has it all - a great location on the water, a quiet neighborhood nestled away from it all, top of the line amenities, activities galore, and plenty of space to host any getaway from a family reunion, couples weekend away, or family weekend away.

Owner requires a signed rental agreement and a copy of the booking guest’s drivers license to complete a reservation.

We come to Cedar Creek every summer. This home is lovely with a wonderful porch and a spacious layout for the four bedrooms. Just be sure to bring your own beach towels.

Wonderful!

Love this house! Everything was pretty good. The neighborhood neighbors were nice, there are stunning views on the lake, (you can even go tubing!) and the house was clean.

It was amazing. The house was even better than expected! Beautiful and spacious. Having access to the lake directly was so nice. When speaking to Travis on the phone, he was pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was good except the quality of TV’s and the workability of them. The crushed ice machine was nice if we could have used it. Needs cleaning as there was dirt in the ice that was coming out. Also the doors to the back patio are extremely difficult to open. They do not open with ease. The addition to a nice Bluetooth speaker would be a nice touch. Great property otherwise and beautiful scenery.

Awesome Lake Home

This lake home was very well stocked. There wasn't one thing we needed that we didn't have. It was large and easily accommodated our six adults and 3 kids. We loved all the outdoor sitting areas, views of the lake, the large yard and fire pit. The kids used the zip line over and over. We would definitely rent this home again.

Perfect Family Gathering

Just returned from our annual 4 day family new years gathering. There were 7 adults and 4 kids ranging from one year to nine years old. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The home is lovely with a back porch and yard that was perfect for us. We spent all days and evenings around the fire pit enjoying the view. The kitchen is so well equipped - every detail well thought out. The beds were the most comfortable ever, and the communication with Travis the owner was immediate and a pleasure. We all would give this property a 10 star review if possible. Hope to return again during the summer - may be the best home we’ve ever rented!

Great location and property!

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this property was. It was modern, well appointed, and everything was in great shape. My wife, myself, and our two children (4 and 7) spent a long weekend and the property was perfect for us. Kids had plenty of room and enjoyed the many toys that were at the house. My son absolutely loved the Zip Line in the back yard, and had a great time fishing off the dock. He caught at least 7 fish! Owner was great to communicate with and handled all of our needs. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Great home and immaculate view. Few things that were not adequate. Main fridge and freezer didn't work. Could not get gas fireplaces (2) to come on. Firepit was burnt out in the bottom and we had to provide wood. Overall though, we had a great time and that is what counts.

Awesome Home

We had family in town for a long weekend. This house has everything you need and then some. I just can not say enough about how we all just loved staying here. We had a great time and would highly recommend this place. Having an ice machine and different grills was perfect.

Excellent Experience

Our group of six has a wonderful experience at Travis's property. The pictures are accurate and there was plenty of space for everyone. The beds were comfortable and the property was very clean. The back yard was amazing and we spent most of the time on the back patio, which has very comfortable lounging furniture and is fully shaded during the heat of the day into the evening. The A/C worked great and we really appreciated all of the portable fans for extra comfort in the bedrooms. Overall, the entire group was very pleased with the accommodations and would return.

Relaxing time at the lake

Our family enjoyed the stay at this lake house. It was relaxing sitting on the back porch. Appreciated the patio heaters on the cool nights. Kids really enjoyed playing cornhole.

Million Dollar View

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautifully built southerly facing home on Cedar Creek Lake. The Sonic ice maker was fabulous too. The back patio is truly an oasis and despite it being the middle of July we were very comfortable thanks to the powerful outdoor ceiling fans as well as the breezes coming directly off the lake. We love the sandy bottom of this spot on the lake. So much nicer of an experience for swimming and playing in the water. My son had a ball catching and releasing catfish and bass straight off the dock. We would love to stay here again!

Better than advertised

Our group of 6 adults and 8 kids (ages 3-14) stayed for four nights, and we couldn't be happier. The outdoor space was gorgeous, comfortable, and peaceful. The master shower is incredible! The kitchen had every pan and tool we needed. Bring all your own food, including condiments. Would absolutely stay here again.

Family Thanksgiving 2023

There are so many things to like about this property. A few of our favorites were the big heaters so that we could enjoy the outdoor living area. It being Thanksgiving and us having a lot of food to prepare, the kitchen did not disappoint. We used every cooking space, warming drawer, refrigerators and the sonic ice was a huge hit! This is definitely a property I would stay at again. Travis was the most responsive host I have ever dealt with, he answered every question within a few minutes! Thanks for making this holiday everything we had hoped for!

Relaxing Oasis

This house was fantastic! Not often does the place you book look not only exactly like all the pictures, but even better-and that’s what happened here! The house was so clean, beautiful, and setup perfectly for our group. We spent a long weekend here and there were 6 adults, 3 kids, and a baby and it was so comfortable (could’ve fit more people). What I also appreciated so much was all the baby gear that was provided! There was a pack and play, a high chair, a baby gate (we put this at the bottom of the stairs and it was a lifesaver), and so many toys! I have never stayed somewhere that provided all that and it made this mama’s stay so much easier. The patio was our favorite part of the house-what a gorgeous view and so much seating to relax in! We used the dock for fishing, had fishing charter boats pick us up there, cooked all the meals in the stocked kitchen, and enjoyed time with the family. We would absolutely stay here again!
