Welcome to Laguna Terrace on Cedar Creek Lake! This resort-style home is the perfect destination for your lakeside getaway. Bring your family and friends, the home easily accommodated up to 20 guests.
The lagoon-inspired double pool is the highlight of this beautiful property! The waterslide helps make it an unforgettable experience! Swim up to the outdoor bar area that is part of the stunning outdoor kitchen and living area of the cabana. The small refrigerator and icemaker will help keep your drinks cold and convenient all day long! The television will help you keep up with the big game while enjoying lake
life. And the attached bathroom will mean you may never go inside the house!
If you are bringing your favorite grill master, the property has both a gas grill on the back porch and a smoker in the cabana available for your use. And if that isn’t all, the pool area has two different lounging areas with fire pits. Both are available for your use.
Believe it of not, this property also has a sandy beach area on the lake for your use. Enjoy the private cove that is near the open water of the lake. The property has two kayaks that you can use and it’s the perfect way to explore the lake. If the sandy beach isn’t enough, try swimming, fishing, and sunbathing on the private dock that is also available for your use. If you are bringing your watercraft during your
stay, you are free to tie up at the dock.
At the end of a perfect day outside, come on in to this beautiful home to relax with your family and friends! The back porch is ideal for outdoor eating with both a small refrigerator and gas grill conveniently available. And with another outdoor television, stick around after dinner and watch a movie and enjoy the night breezes!
The nicely appointed home has a large, open concept living, dining and kitchen that is ideal for gathering or spreading out after a fun day on the lake! The kitchen has all the amenities necessary for a gourmet meal with all your friends gathered round to keep you company! The home features five bedrooms and four bathrooms that are all equipped with cable television and its own sound system with music at the
touch of a button. The bedrooms include a bunk room that is a great hangout for the kids to get away and have their own space!

This home was beyond believable! Our family just stayed here our entire time, because there was so much for us to do on the property. The outdoor space was amazing!The house was very well-stocked, clean and just awesome. Morgan was extremely attentive and communicated wonderfully.GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Amazing Property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property exceeded our expectations—it truly felt like our own private resort.Our favorite part, hands down, was the two incredible pools and the amazing waterslide. The look on our 4-year-old son's face the first time he went down the slide was absolutely priceless—he couldn’t get enough! Even my in-laws, both in their 70s, had an unforgettable time on it.Morgan, the property manager, was fantastic—always in communication and so helpful throughout our stay.We can’t wait to return for future visits!

Great Retreat

We had a mid-week moms/daughter retreat to the property and it was perfect. Lots for the kids to do and they has a blast. Plus moms were able to relax and enjoy some downtime. Exactly what we were looking for.

Had an incredible stay with family and friends. The house itself was super clean and nice and layout was excellent but the outdoor space was like being at a resort! Landscaping was perfect and amenities were great! We will be back!

Amazing Property

This property has it all! Multiple families stayed for 4 nights with ages 5 - 41, all immensely enjoying themselves. There was enough room to spread out yet all eat dinner together too. The slide was a huge hit with both kids and adults! The owners have thought of everything from the sound systems to the TVs, to kayaks and the beach area. It is luxury lake living at its finest. You will not be disappointed if you book this place!

Fabulous lake house!

Loved our stay in this incredible lake house! It has EVERYTHING! All the reviews talk about the pools, the beach, the property! It's exactly as everyone describes and MORE!! Morgan, the property manager, is awesome...so attentive, helpful, and kind!! We also met the wonderful owners who stopped over to help with the grill! It was a perfect three days of family time in a beautiful lake setting with every amenity you can think of!! We will definitely be back!!!

A backyard for the books!

This house slept ten guy’s comfortably well! We had enough space for us to be able to hang out and all eat together. The pool(s) and TVs were GREAT! If you stay here and don’t have a wonderful time, it’s your fault.

Nothing better

This home is an oasis. We've never stayed in a place with so many amenities. 3 ice makers, so many beach towels, kayaks, dock for fiahing, outdoor bathroom, cabana with outdoor kitchen, 2 fire pits and a pool! Not just 1, but 2 pools and a large hot tub. 4 outdoor TV's that we could watch the NBA finals on, even from in the pool. The kids loved the water slide. The inside was well-equipped with so much room for everything we needed. The one issue we had was no place to store all the food we brought. Plenty of refrigerators, just no pantry or empty cabinets. We figured out how to make it all work, but that was the one thing that wasn't absolutely perfect! We will definitely try to stay there again.

Wonderful pool, plenty of room, all you need!

This property has everything you need! We stayed with 4 families from ages 2-55 and had plenty of room! The pool is amazing! We had so much fun on the slide and swimming up to the bar! If you have a boat there is a nearby neighborhood boat ramp and some boating whips on the dock to use. It was a perfect time! None of us wanted to leave! We will be back soon!

Back to School Bash

Amazing property! Outdoor space is gorgeous and pools were so fun for the kids and adults. The slide entertained the kids for hours. Kids loved having their own space in the bunk room. Kitchen and living space were perfect for our family of 13! We definitely will be planning another stay and will add a couple more days next time! Such a special weekend with our 3 sons, daughter-in-laws and precious grands!

Family Celebration of 50 Years Together

There are no words to describe the beauty of this house, yard, pools and landscaping! We had 14 family members and all of us were thrilled with our stay. The slide in the rocks and both pools were fun for everyone. Every detail has been taken care of - from a huge chest of beach towels, smore sticks at the fireplace, a big chest of pool floats, great grills on the porch and in the cabana - the cabana also has an outside shower and a full inside bathroom. Morgan, the host, was a joy to work with and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Our family wants to make this wonderful place an annual affair.

Wonderful Place

This home is a great place for family. Fishing off the dock in the morning, playing in the pool all day and the gas fire pit at night. We loved having the volleyball net and the water slide brought shouts of joy. The house was so well stocked with all the necessities and the trunk full of beach towels was great. One of the two kayaks developed a leak, but Morgan, the property manager, responded with a new kayak at the front door the very next morning. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the two swimming pools, the cabana, the covered patio, the beach and the boat dock.

House and the outdoor Property is more beautiful then seen in the pictures. Owners are super helpfu.

We were little hesitant earlier when we booked the house because the property looks so beautiful but still there were no reviews. Later we came to know that this property is new and just open for the guest. We had so much fun at the house. The swimming pools is clean with all the needed fun equipment around for kids and looks much more beautiful in nights light. The best vacation place ever. Will definitely be back again. And saving best for last, the owner is super helpful and always available to help you out if you need anything anytime. Thank you so much for best experience.

The perfect place to stay

A beautiful home with everything you need for a great vacation. We were a large group with 4 generations and everyone had such a great time! The water slide was a big hit. We played water volleyball, played in the sand on the beach, enjoyed music and food pool side, smores on the firepit, coffee on the porch while watching the hummingbirds and ducks in the beautifully landscaped yard. Worked on our tans while relaxing on floats, fished off the dock, played darts and washers, (there were lots of other games we didn't even get to). Night swimming was great because of the great lighting all around and in the pools. It truly was a great experience for everyone in our group. We are ready to start planning our next trip here.

2024 Annual Summer Lake Getaway

Each year we get the entire family to gather at a lake house for several days during July before all the kiddos have to head back to school. This year we chose your property. Everyone agreed that it was the best overall property we have stayed as of yet. And we have stayed at a couple of very nice ones. The close proximity to the lake and the neat edge at the water line made lake access very easy for all ages. There was a storm that came through and caused several electrical problems with all the tech that the house and pool have designed into them but, the host was very quick at getting the problems resolved and making sure we were satisfied. The owner also followed up and stayed on top of the situation. We will definitely try to be back next summer!
