The outdoor includes inground pool and hot tub with covered outdoor kitchen and seating area with fullsize fridge, BBQ, gas range for all your grilling needs! Enjoy a fire pit and roast marshmallows! This house was amazing. The host was very friendly and was also very accommodating. We had a great time and made some great memories to look back on. We will definitely rent this house again when we come back to Texas.

One of the best experiences we have had as a family on vacation. We were there for the Texas BASS Nation State High School Championship and our hosts were amazing, they truly bring that small country town feeling as they are also well known throughout the town. The property is everything you could dream for with plenty of accommodating amenities. The property and house are well maintained and very clean. They answered any questions or requests we had promptly, and even recommended several dining locations. We will definitely be staying here again!

My husband and I needed a place to get away for our anniversary, and this place was absolutely perfect! Truly the most relaxing weekend we have had in a long time! The pool was amazing, plants and flowers were all gorgeous, and everything was clean as could be! The host was wonderful with communication the whole time. The cute cottage was more stocked than any VRBO I’ve ever been in. We cooked most meals and had every type of utensil /pot we needed. We will definitely be back for a weekend getaway again!!! Loved every second of it!

We had a wonderful stay! House is very cozy, clean, equipped with everything we would need. Communication with the hosts were amazing! Very helpful with anything we needed.They do live onsite but they are the sweetest! They left us alone, we stayed outside in the beautiful pool until 2 am and they never bothered us!!! They also have chickens, mini horses, mini cows, and a beautiful porch cat to keep the kiddos happy!!!!

The house was clean when they left, however, there was damage to a piece of furniture in one of the bedrooms. However, when I asked about it, the guests were apologetic and they paid me immediately. I really appreciated that. I did smell marijuana when I walked into the house after they left. My post says no smoking. I had to purchase some plug in air fresheners to get rid of the smell. Otherwise, they were good guests.

Probably the best host and property I’ve ever stayed at! Everything was perfect and the house is so cozy you feel just at home! My family and I love everything about this house and already looking to when to book again! My kids loved all the animals and great fishing pound in the back as well.
