It is located on the first line, a step away from the seafront promenade, between the Bayren hotel and the Ducal Colony. All types of services are available in its surroundings.Pets are allowed upon request, maximum weight 10 kg...YOUNG GROUPS (under thirty years old) ARE NOT ACCEPTED.Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. A pressure cooker or hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, don't forget to bring them!Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with evacuation time. Either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned 24/48 hours after apartment review, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.In the case of traveling with pets, if the apartment allows them, a supplement of €7/night/pet will be charged.Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, with a gentle water entry slope, ideal for children and older people. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services.
