One bedroom newly renovated apartment in Reykjavik's downtown area. Sleeps two in the bedroom and two more on the soda bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. Great location only 100m from airport bus/tour pick up bus stop. I f you want to stay downtown but also want the quiet place to rest, this is the apartment for you.
The apartment was renovated in Jan.-Febr. '19. Everything is new including the flooring, kitchen cabinets and beds.

The apartment is centrally located. Easily accessible to BSI bus station and excursion bus stops. Lots of restaurants & cafés close by and most of the city sights are within walking distance. The host was very responsive to our needs.

This is a superb location and an excellent price! I really enjoyed staying here! The kitchen was perfect and the apartment was quiet , safe and comfortable. If I’d been staying by myself I’d have given it 5 stars. However, my husband thought the bed was uncomfortable and when he tried using the sofa bed he said it was broken.

Great location and value!

The apartment was in a great location, close to everything (e.g., tourist area - shopping, dining, sights) and was well kept and perfect for what I needed for my stay as a solo traveller. Great communication from the property manager. It was a great home base for my day trips. I would stay here again if I was ever back in Iceland. Thank you, Anna!

This property is very well located for downtown Reykjavik, the waterfront and the main bus station (BSI) - all are within 15 minutes walk.of the apartment. We were grateful that the apartment block was very quiet and that the kitchen, particularly, was well-equipped and modern

Great location, but property not worth the price

First off, communication was great with owner, easy to get keys and correspondence was timely.Upon arrival bathroom was soiled (toilet area), we ended up cleaning it ourselves. Furniture consisted of inexpensive plastic folding chairs (four) and a well worn inexpensive table.As the property slept 4 and the bed had a nice mattress. The kitchen was good too.Compared to another unit we stayed at in the area, i would rent another property for the money.

I wrote the same thing about our second stay. The apartment was quiet, safe, comfortable and the location and price were perfect! I’d have given 5 stars but my husband found the bed to be uncomfortable. He tried to use the sofa bed but said it was broken. I loved the kitchen!

Lovely place to stay in Reykjavik!

This is such a cute apartment in a great location! Perfect walking distance from everything, and this hosts were easy to communicate with. Very warm and cozy and the perfect place to come back to after a long day of exploring!

Overall stay was fine, but some ways to improve the experience would be to make sure the apartment exterior door address is visible. There was none and no exterior light. Not welcoming when you are guessing if you are in the right place hoping the key works. Detail says onsite parking which is misleading. Street parking is available, onsite parking implies a reserved or secured space. Provide luggage racks. There is a closet, but it is full and not usable for guests. Update language so it is clear that it is a second story apartment and no elevator. Detail says upper access by stairs which is not clear that apartment is on second level. There were no instructions for accessing washing machine, but add has it listed as available. Apartment was clean and neat. Owner was responsive to questions, but if giving instructions on where to pick up key at separate location send address of that location with instructions.
No address or light so was confusing to find and only sure in correct location when key unlocked entry door.

Great stay

Nice spacious apt very close to the center of Reykjavik. It had everything we needed, good bed, pretty good sleeping sofa. Bathroom wih small sink and good shower. We had a great stay.

Nice apartment near city center

Really enjoyed our stay, plenty of space. Admire the flooring and shower. Apartment was quiet, clean, and close to many restaurants and sites all within walking distance.

I'd stay again!

The location was convenient to downtown and public transportation. The unit had everything we needed. There is not a 50 on the building but is next door to 52. Anna's name is on the actual unit, not the front door. I only wish the bedding for the pull-out couch was as nice as what's on the listing. would definitely rent again. would pic.

This location is convenient for walking to stores/boutiques, , great restaurants, grocery stores, and bus stops in the downtown area. There appartment had everything we needed. We stayed there three nights and would definitely return.
