A Mansion on the Beach

Ideally located between the beach and the town center, the Manor is a spacious family home, bright and peaceful. The more active guests will enjoy the ping-pong table, paddles, and kayaks. Its large southwest-facing terrace, sheltered from the wind, is perfect for convivial moments. Just a 5-minute walk away, you’ll find all the shops of a lively little town. The Manor can accommodate up to 12 people, with linen and end-of-stay cleaning included.

This charming 19th-century manor offers a perfect balance between the tranquility of a seaside stay and the charm of a vibrant Breton town. Surrounded by a landscaped and wooded garden, the property is located in a peaceful environment, just a few steps from the town center. Le Four à Chaux is a haven of calm and serenity.

The GR34 hiking trail, which runs along the granite wall of the property, will take you in just a few steps to the Tossen seawater pool (supervised in summer) or, for hiking enthusiasts, to the Abbey of Beauport and the Cliff Circuit.

The Manor comfortably accommodates 12 people. Each room offers a view of the sea or garden. Three shower rooms and four toilets ensure privacy for all guests. The living room, with its stunning view of the entrance to the port of Paimpol, allows you to observe the movements of sailboats, fishing boats, and old rigs.

For fitness, a gym is available before heading to the beach, which is directly accessible via a small door from the manor. Also, enjoy the kayaks and paddleboards provided for sea activities. The large 50 m² terrace, facing southwest and sheltered from the wind, is ideal for aperitifs or barbecues with family or friends.

All cultural and leisure activities are within walking distance: the "Mardis du port" concerts, the Fête des Chants de Marins every two years in August, the maritime museum, the market, Art & Essay cinema, the skatepark, sea outings, and visits to Bréhat Island. The Manor is just a few minutes' walk from all these attractions.

The Paimpol train station is less than 15 minutes on foot.

The secure access through a remote-controlled gate allows parking for up to six vehicles on the property. The rate includes linens (beds made, towels, dish towels) and end-of-stay cleaning.

The Manor is located on a vast 3000 m² estate, with the Loft on the other side (4 bedrooms, more than 200 m²). The outdoor spaces are not shared, except for the secure entrance gate. Full privatization of the property (22 adult beds) is possible upon request.

Due to its peaceful and central location, the Manoir du Four à Chaux is not suitable for parties or noisy gatherings. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
