About this property

"Stylish Loft" with view/private access to Annecy Lake

Located in the charming village of Duingt with gorgeous views on Annecy Lake (Haute-Savoie, France), my apartment "Annecy Pavillon" is a fully-furnished and modern 50 square meters one-bedroom apartment for vacation rental for 2 to 4 people. The residence has private access to the lake for swimming. You may also consider my two other listings "Modern Loft" and "Cozy Loft" for further availability.

The apartment: With direct views on Annecy Lake and surrounding mountains, you'll enjoy the charm of the region from a peaceful and comfortable home. High ceilings give a comfortable amount of light and appreciable volume.

Double bedroom with possible extension for two extra persons on the L-shape sofabed. Bathroom with shower and independent toilet. Balcony/Terrace. Private car park slot and shared storage for skis / bikes.

The residence is a few meters away from the cycling lane circling Lake Annecy, a short drive from the Old Town and from nearest ski resorts.

Possible handicap access. Private access to a deck on the lake for short swims (boat moorings booking: please contact Duingt Town Hall)

Bakery and supermarket 100 m, pharmacy 2 km.

Access: Located on the West bank of Annecy Lake, the apartment is an easy 12-minute drive from Annecy Old Town, straight through the road circling the Lake.

Wifi internet included.

Appartement propre et fonctionnel

L'appartement proposé par Irène était très propre et idéal pour 4 personnes. Il dispose d'une cuisine équipée incluant notamment lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, bouilloire, taque vitrocéramique et percolateur. Les ustensiles fournis sont nombreux.La salle de bains dispose d'une double vasque, d'un radiateur à serviettes et d'une douche. Des serviettes avaient été fournies (inclues dans le supplément draps). La chambre avait été préparée pour notre arrivée, moyennant supplément pour la location des draps.L'appartement est situé dans le pavillon d'Annecy, face aux Libellules (ancien hôtel transformé en résidence à appartements). Il y a un droit de passage pour profiter de la plage en face. La vue sur le lac est vraiment top. À quelques minutes à pieds se trouve la très bonne boulangerie de Duingt ainsi qu'un Spar près de l'église (un peu plus cher que Lidl ou Aldi cependant)Il y a un parking pour 1 voiture, qui est quelque peut étroit mais réservé aux résidents du pavillon. Le trousseau de clés inclut aussi le badge d'accès à la plage privée des Libellules. Le petit bémol est la situation par rapport à la route, récemment limitée à 30 kmh mais restant très bruyante. Il s'agit de la route principale vers Albertville, elle est donc très fréquentée. La chambre est un peu reculée et un peu plus à l'abri du bruit.Merci à Sylvie et Hervé pour leur travail quant à l'accueil, la propreté, la précision des informations, et l'état des lieux pour le checkout.

Séjour très agréable au bord du Lac malgré une météo capricieuse. Nous avons pu profiter du confort et de la vue superbe de l'appartement, la situation est parfaite à Duingt avec la vue sur les Dents de Lanfont et sur le Lac. Cela nous a permis de faire un tour en automobile du Lac un jour pluvieux, avec restaurant gastronomique à la clé, et le lendemain le même tour du Lac sous un soleil radieux en vélo. I rent this apartment to give the opportunity to discover my beautiful hometown of Annecy, in the French Alps.

There are lots of activities to experiment: water sports on the lake, hiking in the surrounding mountains, paragliding or hot air balloon, cycling around the lake, golf, or simply walking and window shopping in the charming Old Town... etc. You will also be close to ski resorts during the winter season.

What makes this property unique

The residence has a private access to the lake for short swims, you will enjoy swimming quietly in the emerald green waters.
