Good Time Charlie is a wonderful waterfront house just steps from the beach. Right on Little Lagoon, with a great private pool that can be heated from October to May for $60 per day, bring the family!

Plus you'll have FREE Golf and Activities every day of your stay to make it even better (value of up to $700/day). **Not available for Jan/Feb long-term rentals.

Sorry! NO COLLEGE GROUPS. Please note we are unable to rent to groups under the age of 25. Maximum of 12 adults.

Beautiful new home just west of Lagoon Pass provides great access to the beach, the lagoon, the pass. And if you want to bring a boat, you are right next to our neighborhood pier and boat launch.

Six beautiful bedrooms, each with a private bath, include 4 King bedrooms, a two bedrooms that each have a pair of queens. Each has an en suite bath and a smart TV.

And it is pet-friendly (dog friendly) with a pet fee.
