Julian’s place was perfect. He is also a wonderful host. He was easy to communicate with, gave us very helpful advices before, during and after our stay. He left us an amazing welcome gift too. We recommend his place without any hesitation.

El anfitrión nada más realizar la reserva y pagar el importe integro me escribió por wasap solicitando que anulará mi reserva porque según el lo había alquilado a través de otra plataforma y por enfermedad de la persona que gestiona las reservas no había bloqueado el calendario. Todo mentira!!! Tras anular yo mi reserva, porque el anfitrión me lo había pedido dos veces, al día siguiente estaba libre para alquilarlo para el mismo fin de semana, del 11 al 13 de julio, eso sí al doble de precio al que lo había alquilado yo inicialmente..

¡Fantástico!

Hemos ido toda la kuadrila a pasar el fin de semana a Logroño y todas estuvimos encantadas con la casa. Nos quedamos boquiabiertas nada más llegar. Julián ha sido muy atento con nosotras y nos aconsejó incluso sobre lugares a visitar en Logroño y qué pintxos eran los más recomendables en la C/Laurel. Todas nos hemos llevado un grato recuerdo de nuestra estancia en Viana, lo que si es necesario llevar coche. ¡Recomendable sin duda!

Fue un escapada de amigos, el pueblo precioso i acogedor, la casa se encuentra en una urbanizacion, bonita y muy nueva, la tranquilidad es asegurada, la casa muy bien equipada, no falto ni un tronco de leña, camas y sofas muy comodos, el trato con jJulian fue muy bueno, se precupo en todo momento, y nos programo una visita a las bodegas de vino, repetiremos

logement très agréable

Logement très bien situé à proximité de Viana dans un complexe très calme On y trouve des sanitaires à tous les niveaux, les douches sont bien conçues et l'eau chaude est à profusion. Par contre, il y a une seconde cuisine qui ne sert à rien. Au niveau vaisselle, c'est un peu juste, mais j'ai fais le nécessaire auprès du propriétaire. Ce dernier est très gentil et agréable et près à rendre service. Enfin le coin jardin est très reposant avec le barbecue auprès. A Viana, on trouve beaucoup de commerces dont une boulangerie qui ouvre dès 5 Heures pour les pèlerins de St Jacques de Compostelle. A proximité la ville de Logroño, offre de nombreux restaurants dans la Calle Laurel, ainsi que de très grands hypermarchés. Je conseille ce logement

Comfortable location in Rioja region

Julian's property is a 3 level townhouse on the edge of a lovely old town Viana. Very convenient for touring around the various wineries of Rioja. Comfortable house with all usual facilities and a pleasant garden to sit out in. Although lacking a kettle on arrival, Julian delivered one very quickly which was appreciated. I would suggest that a map or written notes on the precise location of the property would be welcome for new arrivals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Julian was most helpful from my first enquiry to the last.

MUY BUENA ELECCIÓN

Hemos estado 5 días tres parejas de amigos, la casa está muy completa y muy bien equipada, una pena por nuestra parte no haberla podido disfrutar mas, ya que la casa está increíble. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de Logroño, de algunos pueblos con su encanto y de las bodegas más conocidas. Julian (el propietario) fue muy amable, nos informó, nos orientó y nos hizo un resumen de lo que podíamos hacer y lo que teníamos que visitar, incluso su mujer nos dejó un detallito a nuestra llegada, que por cierto estaba muy rico. La casa está igual que aparece en las fotos. Saludos y muy recomendable.
