Mountain Charm makes it easy for you to get away from the hubbub of your everyday life. Though the three-bedroom chalet is surprisingly close to restaurants, shops and local attractions, its secluded setting surrounds you with serenity and nature’s beauty.
Perched among lush trees, Mountain Charm looks out onto the majestic Smoky Mountains. You’ll never grow tired of admiring the view from the roomy deck, which spans the width of the house. You can kick back in one of the Adirondack chairs with a book and a drink, as well as enjoy your meals alfresco at the deck’s dining table. There’s a gas grill on the deck as well, so you can barbecue burgers or kabobs; the fresh mountain breeze is the perfect seasoning.
Mountain Charm’s screened-in porch enables you to relish the singing of the birds and rustling of the sun-dappled trees without having to shoo away uninvited buzzing guests. In addition to a bistro table and chairs, the porch features a spacious hot tub. When you return from a day of hiking, golfing or skiing, you’ll want to make a beeline to its massaging jets of water—sheer bliss!
You can admire the scenery from Mountain Charm’s great room as well. Oversize windows let plenty of sunlight into the airy, open space. The plush sofa, spacious armchairs and well-cushioned rocker ensure that everyone has a place to kick back, whether it’s to watch a movie on the flat-screen TV with cable or take advantage of the free Wi-Fi to look up spots to visit for the next day's adventures. There are plenty of books, games, movies and CDs, however, so that you can make the most of your time with family and friends. There’s even a pool table, up in the loft. Just don’t let the view distract you from your shot!
Numerous restaurants are only a short drive from Mountain Charm, specializing in everything from Cajun and Mexican to Southern comfort food. But you don’t have to head out to dine in style. The great room’s dining table seats 6 with ease—and with a view of the Smokies. And the kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, cookware and tableware you could possibly need, even if you’re hosting a holiday feast.
Each of Mountain Charm’s three bedrooms includes a TV, cozy country decor and ample storage. Two of the bedrooms, including the en-suite primary bedroom, have a king-size bed; the third bedroom has an equally comfortable queen. In addition to the private primary bathroom, there’s a second full bathroom with a combination shower/tub. And as a bonus, the home has its own washer and dryer.
Mountain Charm is located in the sought-after Cobbly Nob neighborhood, which in turn is part of a 1,000-acre resort. In addition to lovely walking trails, the neighborhood has two pool areas where you can swim throughout the summer. And if you play golf, you’ll be delighted to know that Bent Creek Golf Course, designed by the legendary Gary Player, is at the foot of Cobbly Nob, less than ten minutes from Mountain Charm.
Equally close is Climb Works, where you can explore the mountains via zip line or mountain bike. Just a few minutes farther are the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the Smoky Mountains Arts & Crafts Community, an eight-mile trail of more than 120 shops, galleries and studios. And in less than a half-hour you can drive to downtown Gatlinburg, home to Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, the Guinness World Records Adventure, thrill rides, mini golf, arcades, distilleries and more.
However you spend your days, you’ll love returning to the quiet and comfort of Mountain Charm at night. Book your stay today, then get ready for what might be your most relaxing, rejuvenating vacation yet.

We loved our stay. It was a great place to relax and watch the wilderness. We saw bears two days of our 7 day trip. Close drive to hiking and activities of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Definitely do it again

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. We hope you will stay again!
Very clean property , roads all looked freshly paved and easy up to cabin . Everything was how it should be , only small thing if you can’t control the hot tub , lights, jets, or temperature, other than that very smooth
This was just perfect for our family. It was comfortable and just the right amount of space.
The hot tub was wonderful and the view spectacular!
Communication with the property management was great as well. They were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!!
The cabin was just what we needed! It could use some updating but it was clean and we felt "at home"!! Would love to see a guest book journal as we have seen at other properties. Overall, we had a great stay and great time! We even had a Mama bear visit with her cub. 😊
Our stay at Mountain Charm was amazing!!! Hot tub was just what was needed after a long day of shopping and eating! Upstairs king was softer than downstairs king. We wished all rooms had a ceiling fan though. Recommend more moujt
This home was gorgeous! The mountain view is breathtaking. The area is quiet, we loved listening for and looking for local animal life. There are so many fun things to do within an hour drive. We had the trip of a lifetime. Our adult children said this was the "best vacation we've ever been on." Mountain Charm was the perfect home for us, a great place to relax and enjoy the Smoky Mountain area!
The property is a little smaller than what the photos show and the roads going up to the property were are a lot more treacherous than expected. We made it with a mini van but probably wasn't the best choice for transportation would have been nice to see that information in the description.
Overall the cabin was great though, loved the wilderness.
Overall the property was superb. Somethings were outdated such as the stereo in the loft, but we were very thankful for our selection. It accommodated my children well. My two daughters shared a room and my son had a room all to herself.
My wife and I had the upstairs bedroom. The mattress was down filled and so were the pillows. We had our own bathroom and closet. I thought it was a good getaway. Gid is good and Jesus is Lord! God bless your time there in Jesus’s name, Amen!

Great view, nice place, but a few things to improve
This property is very private by the mountains, just what we wanted. Good rooms, old hot tub, but it works well, and the view is spectacular, especially when not all the trees are bloomed. My first complaint was about the cleaning. With the price we paid (premium) I expected a clean house, and it was not. We had to spend time on our own to do so. Secon was the grill. I was looking forward to grilling out by the deck with the family and this thing was completely broken. No button in the grill. It was technically a trash unit, and I am not sure why they still use it. This was the biggest disappointment. Ruined part of our vacation. If you are wondering, we did see bears during our stay, and that definitely helped to build the memories we wanted with our family.
The location and isolation is great! We felt very much on our own there, couldn't hear and mostly see anyone around. Had to refill propane and property manager got it done within a couple of hours. Was a little concerned with cleanliness prior to arriving due to some of the reviews before but was pleasantly surprised to find everything very clean and better than the pictures. Was an amazing experience with the family.
We really enjoyed staying here! We liked the location because it was a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg, but far enough away to have a break from all that activity. The view was fantastic!! We did have some bears visit right outside the cabin which we really enjoyed seeing (but a heads up to be watchful for them when leaving / returning to the cabin!). All the amenities of the cabin were great - A/C, wifi, hot tub, pool table, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer (although the washing machine might need a repair as it was not draining all the water when finishing a load). Also, it was very well stocked with plates, cups, bowls, pans, cooking utensils, etc. (We would have liked some more silverware so we didn't have to wash it as often.) Overall, had a great stay and would highly recommend it!
Just as advertised, great view. Perfect little place

It was just ok -
They need to pay closer attention to cleaning. We found food behind the chairs and multiple things broken. Also an underlying smell not sure if it was urine , but nasty .
The view was great .
The cabin is very quiet and comfortable with an awesome view on the mountains of the national park. You may even have the chance to have a bear visiting your garden when preparing your BBQ on the terrace ! We were very satisfied with the property and we had a very pleasant stay. Everything would have been perfect if the door code would have been correct when we arrived and maintenance would have been able to fix two little issues with the amenities. We definitely recommend the property.

Clean place and bears very close
Place was clean. Some minor issues but nice. Bears were seen and heard most of our stay. Problem was being stuck outside upon arrival trying to contact someone after hours. Code to door was not working because something was unplugged.
