Wonderful log cabin…loved the wrap around porches and fully-furnished kitchen, fireplace, and den. Everything you need is right her and it’s not far from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Foege!!

Check in was easy loved being able to just type in the code I have always wanted to stay in a cabin and the experience was absolutely phenomenal unfortunately didn't get to see any bears we checked out this morning and heard down the road a bit someone was yelling there was a bear but unfortunately they scared it off before we could see it. The whole stay was nothing short of amazing would definitely vacation with Jackson rentals again can't express how much I loved this vacation and for future guests def check out the akyland ranch and the Steven bests magic show

This cabin was amazing and a perfect fit for our family of 5. The check in process was smooth, no issues whatsoever. When we arrived to town 30 minutes earlier than expected, we were able to check in early with no issues. The cabin was clean and very comfortable. We especially loved to sit on the porch as a family and discuss our plans for the day, or discuss the fun we had in town that day. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen suited our needs. Communication with the host was exceptional. When we realized our bathrooms were short the needed towels for our family, the host responded quickly and a new set of linens were dropped off within 20 minutes. The email messages prior to our arrival noted that they supplied toilet paper/paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc for one day but what was provided definitely lasted longer than that. We ended up bringing all the extra supplies we brought from home back with us. We ndid not go to the community pool, but it was often filled with people and looked like a nice set up. The cabin is close to a grocery store and within 30 minutes of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. I would highly recommend this cabin! We will definitely be back!
