This was a perfect house. We were in town for our son’s wedding and everything about this house was perfect. The home is well appointed and the location is walking distance to shopping, bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
Nicely decorated and appointed! I would stay again. Regular lawn chairs(instead of beach chairs) would be nice as we wanted to sit outside in the late afternoon in the shade in the front yard. Kind of hard for ladies if a certain age to sit down and get back up! Also it would be nice if there was a stash of TP as the 1 bathroom did not have a back up roll . But absolutely loved this place. Thank you so much.
We recently stayed for three nights while in town for a wedding. This was the nicest, most well appointed, and cleanest property at which we have ever stayed. The location was within walking distance of all shops and restaurants. It was perfect for our family of five, the kids appreciated the space and we didn’t have to worry if they got a little noisy. Definitely would recommend this property.
The house is in a great location that is convenient to walk to everything in Beaufort. The lack of off-street parking despite the full garage being available was challenging, but it has everything you need and nothing that you don't.
Great location and home. Loved the open living/dining/ kitchen area. We enjoyed being in walking distance to downtown. Would recommend to family and friends
5 high school friends got together for a long weekend. The layout of of your home was perfect for us. Enjoyed the front porch and also the proximity of your house to Bay Street. We were able to walk everwhere. We will definitley book with you again!
This property met all our expectations plus more. I loved the location, near everything I could possibly require, i.e. groceries, restaurants, water and even the post office and library. Would definitely return.
We (6 Adults) had a beautiful stay at this home which was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, all the bedrooms were comfortable for a great nights sleep and space to unpack our things. The only drawbacks were low water pressure in the master bath, and the dishwasher was very tricky to start. In all we loved our stay in Beautiful Beaufort.

Inside Great/Outside...Not so much!!!
Most of the effort and updates were inside the property. The side yards and especially the back yard looked like a jungle. The palm fronds were so long and prickly at eye level that getting to the grill was dangerous. Thgrass had
We had a great stay at the The Old Commons over Labor Day weekend. The house is beautiful and in a great location. We did have one challenge during our stay. The hosts informed us that there would be one set of towels per guests; however a couple sets of towels were stained. When we went to wash them in the washer, there was no washing detergent available. Small detail; overall the stay was great.
Beautiful home, well appointed in a great location.
It was a perfect location and great house for family and friends. The open living area was so comfortable and great for socializing and having meals together. Beds were VERY comfortable. The only downside was that the dishwasher wasn’t working and the management company was not proactive at all in getting it fixed. Arrived on Friday afternoon, called Saturday and didn’t get it fixed until Thursday evening when we were getting ready to leave. We had to keep following up with them instead of they following up with us. I

Comfortable, clean, cozy!
Love the layout and decorating in this house. The house appeared in the email as being further off the road but the closeness didn't bother us. So modern and about everything you would need. Two bicycles in garage and small cooler in storage closet. I wish the porches had overhead fans as it was quite hot to sit outside but they had everything else! I did go purchase a small fan for that reason. Although linens and towels were provided, not everyone got a wash cloth. You may want to throw in a few extra as each guest gets only 1 towel, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloths. Also only 1 dish towel. Grass needed to be cut and tree debris stacked in back yard needed to be moved. Would have given 5 stars if that was taken care of.
Convenient location to Parris Island for our sons bootcamp graduation. Food Lion and restaurants close too. We walked to the waterfront for shopping and lunch. I was impressed with the house amenities especially the kitchen. The TV cable was lacking with no way to log into Netflix etc but didn’t deter from a great week.
We chose this location for its location and its screened-in back porch. Both were great--but we enjoyed the comfy front porch more! We walked everywhere--hardly using our car for a week. The house has everything we needed, the kitchen is well equipped, and the decor lovely! Every morning began with a walk to the waterfront, stopping for coffee along the way, and sitting in the swings to watch the boats! We wish we had discovered Magnolia Bakery Cafe earlier for breakfast or lunch; though not in the waterfront part, it is a very close walk with good food and great service and outside seating with a view of water.
