Welcome to our beautiful and unique guesthouse in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. The casita is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped yard with hot tub and swimming pool (not heated) private entrance and patio with access to public heated pools. New mini-fridge, coffee maker, toaster oven, luxury bedding and HDTV (with Apple TV). Very quiet and private. Close to beaches and all that Orange County has to offer. Perfect for a business trip, romantic getaway or a family vacations.

Awesome!

Had a great stay! Marguerita was kind and welcoming and willing to help with any needs we had . Home was very nice, clean and easy to access. No complaints, would definitely stay again!!

Very Deceptive and Horrible

Me and my new bride went for our honeymoon. We were deceived. First we thought we were renting this property fully on our own and private, but when we arrived, we were shocked that there was another family living in the other part of the house, which was the host and family. This was not written in the details of our renting the villa. Even when we arrived at the gate to the community, the attendant didn’t have our names on the list to get in. The owner only called and put our names on the list, after we were there waiting for a long time, and it wasn’t well executed. And during our whole stay, the gate entrance and exit wasn’t a nice experience, because the host wasn’t taking care of things correctly. Another terrible thing was that even though the pool and hot tub were placed in the rental as a big part of the sell with pictures and explanations, we didn’t enjoy either one, because anytime we asked for the hot tub to be heated and the pool too, the host never heated them. Only the last night, they did it right, but the family was there, and we didn’t have any privacy! What a terrible experience for any guest to experience, especially us that were just married and wanted a nice honeymoon! So sad that this host is very deceptive and not hospitable at all! It’s also sad that we paid so much for a terrible experience! Do not go to this home at all, look for another vacation home!!

Good stay

Very clean stay. Margarita was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The hot tube and pool were the best part of the trip. The location is in a gated community . Overall good stay and close to the beach.

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay at the Casita. Margarita was welcoming and quickly responded to any questions. The room was spacious, private, clean, and comfortable. Just what we needed during our visit to family in the area.

Loved Ladera Ranch

Property was as advertised. Beautiful property and lovely location. Quiet, comfortable and safe. The host, Margarita is attentive and accommodating. We definitely hope to return.

This is something I always wanted to do and I really enjoy hosting on VRBO.
