Villa Alfaguara is in a magnificent location at the foot of the natural park of the Sierra de Huetor, where there is a great diversity of native vegetation and a great variety of animals such as mountain goats and roe deer.
Ideal to be ecological tourism and to be in contact with nature.
The house has lots of light and has southwest orientation. It is equidistant between the towns of Nivar and Alfacar.

It is also ideal for sightseeing in the city of Granada since it is only 10 km away.
Its proximity to the Sierra de Huetor allows hiking and hiking through a multitude of natural sites.

Estancia en Villa Alfaguara

Una casa totalmente recomendable. Los dueños muy amables y atentos, pendientes de cualquier necesidad que pudiéramos tener. La casa muy bien, grande, muy bien decorada, no le faltaba ningún detalle. Bien aclimatada, no pasas frio. Es ideal para grupos, al tener 5 dormitorios y 4 baños tienes independencia, te puedes organizar muy bien si vas en grupo. Y unas vistas espectaculares a la sierra. Si podemos repetiremos.

Como en casa...un mirador privilegiado frente a Sierra Nevada

Llegas a sentirte como en tu propia casa... Ideal para compartirla con amigos. Es una casa amplia, en un entorno de tranquilidad, pero no aislada. Con unas vistas de ensueño de Sierra Nevada, que pudimos contemplar cada mañana al despertar desde sus amplios ventanales. Varios dormitorios de matrimonio muy bien decorados y con ajuar de excelente calidad. En invierno, la climatización perfecta, y además con una tremenda chimenea moderna que incitaba a charlas y risas... Los baños muy bonitos y completamente equipados. La cocina amplia y con todos los elementos que puedas necesitar... y más. Los propietarios encantadores, atentos y muy serios. En primavera o en verano se debe estar de cine en la terraza... que no pudimos disfrutar mucho porque hemos estado en Semana Santa, y aún hacia frío. Un punto perfecto para conocer la provincia... 100% recomendable.
