Pietro (owner) was very friendly, always had a smile on his face and generous. The property was clean, spacious and ideal for a peaceful holiday. The pool was exactly what we needed and cleaned regularly.
We spent two days in this house and really enjoyed it. The house has everything you need for living. A very beautiful area around the house, we spent a lot of time there. On my next trip to this region, I will happily spend time in this house.
The views from the terrace are lovely, with view to the south north and west with Capri in the background. The house was comfortable and the hosts were very welcoming. Wishing we'd had a chance to try the pool but the weather was a bit rsiny one day and chilly the other days. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Highly recommended villa surrounded by the family estate. Friendly and accommodating family. Beautiful views, charming town of S’Agata and the most awesome farm to table restaurant nearby (Terra Nova). A must ristorante to eat with the best of local fish, farm vegetables, local authentic wine…all prepared deliciously and beautiful atmosphere.
The villa was very nice. It was an easy 15 minute walk into the town with lots of shops and restaurants. Great support from the agent with recommendations for dining. Very safe. It is about a 25 minute drive into Sorrento. The local town is not touristy and very friendly. Relaxing place to stay. The owner was very responsive.
Great place bit out of the way but we liked that, very friendly hosts very little English spoken there and our Italian is not great all in all would highly recommend

Beautiful view but there is only one bathroom
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The family was close, and they were friendly and accommodating. Our only complaint is that the listing states it has two bathrooms. There was only one bathroom, which was not ideal for the three of us. Outside of that, everything was good.
The house is on top of the hilland has views out to both sides of the peninsula andout to Capri from the terrace. It is part of a group of several homes eith a gated courtyard/parking area.
The owners were very welcoming and friendly and wanted to be sure you liked the house and enjoyed your stay. The pool looked beautiful but the weather was a bit cooler than we liked to take a dip.
We enjoyed our stay in this quiet and beautiful home. I wished we had planned more time there. We rented a car and had some troubles navigating in Italy. We were so grateful that Niccolo greeted us and took great care to make sure we got to the home safely. He helped us book a boat trip and lead us downtown to make sure we found a parking spot and our boat driver. They were so understanding and helpful when we locked ourselves out and when we were running late.
We had a wonderful time in Sant'Agata- the hosts were responsive and helpful (we exclusively spoke with the son who lives on the property). We arrived late the first night and they helped us order pizza and they picked it up for us which went above and beyond- they also got us some much needed wine after traveling all day.
The views, the pool, the house were all great and the same as what you see in the photos. The pool is not heated, but it is private and you can use it whenever you want or opt to sit in the lounge chairs. The house is stocked with amenities, but you will still need to take the long trek to the grocery store and all the way back up the steep hill- without a car this journey is doable but not fun.
The trek from the house to the small town/bus stop to Sorrento is a about 15 min down hill. The trek up is much more strenuous and with groceries I sweat through every layer of clothing. There are no reasonable taxis to or from Sorrento- they will charge 80 Euro. Your best bet is to take the bus but you need to check the schedule because they are not as often as you would like. The whole journey to Sorrento ends up being about 45 minutes if you catch the bus right away.
The only issue we had was the electricity kept going out- but this was the whole town, not the fault of the hosts. Overall the stay was great.
Maison bien située mais véhicule indispensable. Maison fonctionnelle, mais équipements pour cuisiner insuffisants pour une famille de 4 personnes’ une salle de bain avec toilette trop juste pour quatre. Piscine agréable bonnes literies.
Lovely Italian house in a quite neighborhood with pool and beautiful view
The house is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation. It's a 8 min walk from the main street of Sant' Agata, a little city with awesome bars and restaurants.
From Sant' Agata you can take the bus to Sorrento (20 min.)
The house is very clean and was equipped with everything that you need. The family lives around the residence and were also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions.
The grandmother made us a delicious Italian dish.
It's a very tidy and lovely residence with a great pool and lovely view on the mountains and sea.
We requested extra privacy around the pool area and they build a fence in 1 day, this way no one could see us. We were very grateful for that.
We had a great stay and totally recommend it to everyone!
Amazing views, nice pool, in the lovely town of Sant' Agata. Comfortable bedrooms, very peaceful. Sant' Agata is a peaceful and at the same time lively town, with all amenities - good supermarket, fab restaurants (Stuzzichino, Don Carlos, and the great bustling pizzeria Orlando's), great links to everywhere by frequent and cheap buses. owners live next door, were extremely helpful and unobtrusive.
Très belle propriété avec une vue incroyable. Proche du centre ville et accès rapide sur la côte amalfitaine et Capri via une compagnie de bateau qui vous permet de passer une journée inoubliable et très bien organisée.
