In the amazing spot of Punta Molara, a few steps from one of the brightest sea in Italy, stands Villa Caterina.
The villa, recently renovated in 2018, has everything you need for a perfect stay.
Two large master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, with spectacular views on the close sea side.
The garden gives the perfect hint to the magic home which is enhanced by the wide Jacuzzi in the middle of the green. What’s better than a jacuzzi session after spending the whole day at the walking distance’s beach?
Large and well furnished terraces allow guests to relax during an outdoor breakfast or reading surrounded by the sound of the nature and the close gentle waves.
Kitchen is well equipped recently refurbished with modern items, perfect to prepare nice meals with an amazing view on the blue Mediterranean see.

Beautiful home, not well represented.

Welll… the property managers are nearly 1 hour late for our agreed check-in time. Then, they do not agree to our request for a 1 hour late check-out, and instead arrive 10 minutes early!!! So clearly they value their time above ours. Great house. Be aware that the property management is not high on customer service.

I’m sure our staff do the best for our guests e make them feel very welcomed. About your request for one hour late check out: when you booked our structure you already knew that check out was scheduled for 10:00 am and that for special requests you had to check availability. Our staff was there only 10 minutes before to help you in case of needs. I’m sorry you did not really appreciate your stay. I hope to have the opportunity to host you again next time for a better stay! All the best Ilaria

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Ein wirklich traumhaftes Ferienhaus mit umwerfendem Blick aufs Meer! Sehr schöne Terrasse und schöner Pool. Sehr gute Ausstattung, auch sehr schöne Bäder. In Fußnähe gibt es einige nette kleine Badebuchten, die zumindest in der Hauptsaison allerdings immer belegt sind. Für die schönen langen weißen Sandstrände muss man sich ein paar Minuten ins Auto setzen. Das Problem ist aber, dass (wieder in der Hauptsaison) die Parkplätze dann schon sehr früh voll und damit geschlossen sind.
