Located within a secure development with private car park and intercom entry system, all of this is just a 5 minute walk away from the famous surfing beach that is Croyde Bay.
Available to let all year round, for long or short breaks, a perfect apartment to relax in after a long day at the beach and just a short walk away from the centre of Croyde, which has a wonderful selection of pubs and cafes, all with extensive menus, not to mention the famous delicious local Ice Cream parlour. Additionally, there is a village store and post office along with surf shops to hire or buy anything you could possibly need to go and relax on the beach or hit the surf.

As a family we have been visiting Croyde for 35 years, it became our second home and so nearly 10 years ago we invested in our 'home by the sea'. We are very proud of our apartment within Point View. With it's fantastic location and luxury specification we hope our guests enjoy it just as much as we do!

Croyde Bay is one of England's finest beaches in the UK and what better after a long day in the surf than to stay in either one of our beautiful apartments - only a 3 minute walk away from the beach and then be sitting in the garden at Point View with a glass of wine watching the sunset over the Downend Hills!
