A useful space to store your coats and boots. There is a handy small laundry area too with a washing machine.

A well-planned and well-equipped galley kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. At the far end of the room there is a very pleasant light and airy dining area with a table and four chairs. A doorway leads into the enclosed courtyard garden.

First Floor:
Reading room
This is just a delight - somewhere to take a seat, relax and contemplate the wonderful view.
Bedroom one
There is no avoiding the fact that the beautiful king-size brass bed just fits in the room. It is well worth it... you will sleep like a log. There is also space for a double wardrobe.
Bedroom two
A pretty room with white wooden bunk beds which children will just love, but they are full size, so big enough for adults to enjoy too.
Bathroom
With bath, overhead electric shower, hand held shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.
Outside:
At the rear of the property is a small, enclosed courtyard garden with table, chairs and barbecue. Through the gate, steps lead up to a gate, to the agricultural set aside that borders the field beyond. Take a seat and enjoy the wonderful open rural view.
There is parking for two cars at the front of the cottage.
