This BRAND NEW seafront apartment is just a few steps away from the beach. Its terrace has wonderful views to enjoy the sunset while listening to the sound of the sea.
The flat consists of two bedrooms (one has a double bed and the other one has two single beds), a living room with integrated kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace.
There's also free private parking inside the building and is included in the price.
The building has also a little supermarket and private access to the sea.

"Atlantic breeze", sehr zutreffend:)))

Das Appartement selber war super. Neue Einrichtung, gute Betten, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Wobei man über die gesamte Wohnanlage sagen muß, sehr sauber! Die "Hausmeister" Soraya und ihr Mann ständig am Putzen, für Anliegen immer erreichbar. Auch der Konatkt mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend. Sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend! Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Können wir nur empfehlen!

séjour à Los Christianos

immeuble très bien situé, en bordure de plage et près des commerces et des restaurants mais calme malgré tout un peu sous-équipé en vaisselle personne ne nous a contactés pour la remise des clés lors de notre départ malgré notre SMS. Pour ne pas rater notre vol, nous avons dû laisser les clés sur la table du salon !

Change of bed linen for 2nd week. Instructions for disposal of waste food plastic paper and bottles. Balcony door does not open from balcony side. Balcony door handle faulty Mirror in second bedroom

Hi Patricia Soraya is the person responsible for providing replacement sheets and for maintenance. I'm sorry you broke the door handle, if you had reported it, it would have been fixed right away immediately. Also, if you had asked Soraya, she would have immediately indicated the points where to deposit the garbage Plastic and paper….. it is true that in the second bedroom, there is no mirror, if you had said so the day you arrived at the apartment, one would have been put in without a problem. I am sorry that you were not happy during your stay and I thank you for your indications to improve, I hope that everything else was fine Regards Maite

Nice place and location

......short distances to beaches, restaurants and local shops in Los Cristianos. Great views of the sea (and sunset). Some noice from the pier and ferries but not really a big problem for us. Sun terrace on the ground floor under rehabilitation....hopefully it will be sunbeds there later on !? Missing armchair in the living room but overall a nice place with helpfull and polite host. Can definitely recommend this place ! Unni & Per Hojem

Beautiful apartment

What a fantastic location, right on the seafront, with restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Check in process went very smoothly and the owners were very helpful. Well equipped and very clean. I would highly recommend this property!
