We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay and loved the location of the farm house. It is perfect for large groups getting together and the hot tub and snooker room are a real bonus. Your group had a lovely weekend and we are happy that you loved the house. Many groups rebook for several of our properties and recommend the cottages which is great. Some of the things you have pointed out seem to be on the admin side. We tried very hard to accommodate your group and you even asked for a payment plan specially designed to spread the cost out which we helped out with to ensure your group where happy and gathering funds to pay for the house. You were the main booker and dealt with us direct which was a pleasure to keep in touch with you. During each of the emails we send every time you made a payment all the entrance times were detailed and we even sent out all your formal entrance details with the entrance time listed for 2.30pm. Our team also have to travel to the property and at around 1pm you messaged us to say the group would not be arriving until 5.30/6ish. As our team are not based in the area and the late arrival we rushed to try and move things around to meet with the group later early evening. As you were the lead on the booking and had all the documentation its normally the group leader who completes the key and house handover, but I think this was nominated to whoever got to the house 1st. Once the group finally arrived late evening our team met for the hand over we do normally stay around 30 minutes for the induction to do a tour of the house, explain health and safety security, recycling, bedroom layouts, hot tub operation and snooker room guidelines. We do ask for the house and keys handover to be signed for so the group are responsible from when we leave and we agree a time we will come back for hand back. All is written down to give your group a formal entrance and departure time. Then everyone knows the plans for your stay. As you did not bring the signing form, it was simply agreed to send a message to us to say your induction had been completed and keys handed over. Once the induction was completed the lady who was pregnant asked us to release some air that was in a radiator. Our team tried to help with this request and so induction was finished and after that the radiator was looked at. So it may have appeared the induction was longer but time was also give to us trying to help with 1 radiator. Before your arrival we do send o
