The open plan kitchen, dining and living area boasts double French doors and a striking floor-to-ceiling glazed gable end, flooding the space with natural light and facilitating panoramic views of the surrounding scenery, providing a lively heart to the property fit for socialising and unwinding in any capacity, be it a relaxed family breakfast or a vibrant dinner party with friends.

Its neighbour, Honeysuckle Cottage, is a charming, quintessential Cotswolds cottage, sleeping an additional four guests across two cosy bedrooms, both complete with en suite bathrooms. This exquisite home also boasts an impactful living/dining area, where characterful and striking beams adorn the ceiling and vast windows provide beautiful views of the surrounding countryside whilst welcoming in an abundance of natural light.

Guests enter Hiron's Piece into the open plan kitchen, dining and living area, the true beating heart of the property, perfect for groups of family or friends to gather, socialise and unwind. Underfloor heating throughout this area ensures that, whilst the high ceilings, tall windows and vast wooden beams boast space and natural light, there is no need to compromise on that warm, cosy feeling in the winter months.

The kitchen is equipped with a range cooker, wine cooler, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and coffee machine, as well as everything else you could need to rustle up a hearty meal after a busy day’s exploring.

The downstairs of the home also boasts a second living area, tucked away to the back of the house, with original flagstone flooring and an open fireplace. Just off the living/dining area is the modern, sleek and excellently well-equipped kitchen, perfect for rustling up a hearty meal after a busy day’s exploring.

The first of the cottage’s two bedrooms is located downstairs, complete with a kingsize bed and en suite bathroom, and is the perfect calm, serene space for a peaceful night’s rest and to be greet each morning with tranquil views of the surrounding nature.

The cottage is also equipped with a separate downstairs W/C, located just off the living/dining area, for ease.

The second of the cottage’s bedrooms is located upstairs and complete with a double bed and another en suite bathroom. The room is decorated to foster mindfulness, promoting feelings of calm equilibrium, especially as gazing out the window into the fields and onto the picturesque church situated shortly behind.

Honeysuckle Cottage also comes complete with its own designated space for outdoor socialising in the form of a furnished patio area to the side of the house that provides beautiful views of the nature around.

A gravelled circular driveway between the two properties allows guests to pull up and unload, with space for two cars outside Honeysuckle Cottage and a further two cars to the left-hand side of Hiron's Piece. There is additional parking space for up to four cars located on the right-hand side just before you reach the homes.

Weston-sub-edge is a peaceful village with many historical buildings and bursting with quintessential Cotswolds charm. The village, recorded in Domesday, lies at the foot of Dovers Hill, and is located between the Vale of Evesham and Chipping Campden.

This beautifully secluded home is located just a six-minute drive from Chipping Campden, a 24-minute drive from Stratford-upon-Avon, and under 45 minutes from Cheltenham.

Chipping Campden holds a unique historical tradition, having hosted its own Olympic Games since as far back as 1612. The town serves as an endpoint for the famous Cotswold Way, a 102-mile-long distance footpath known for its stunning natural beauty.

Dover’s Hill, Hidcote Manor and Broadway Tower and Park are excellent for long or short walks, picnics and generally enjoying the natural beauty of the area and creating a memorable day out.
