About this property

Luxury villa with magnificent sea view and private pool - 16 people

500m walk from the beach of Agosta and Several other beautiful beaches between 5 and 10 minutes by car: Mare e Sole, Stagnola, Ruppione etc ..., discover the villa Altu Mare on the seafront. Albitreccia located south of Ajaccio 15min from the airport. Magnificent sea view and maquis, located in quiet dead end Large air-conditioned villa with 8 bedrooms, ideal for several couples with children. Secured swimming pool (10x5m) with sunbeds and parasols.

For stays longer than 4 days the 400 € cleaning fee will be removed.

Housing

The villa consists on the 1st floor of a large living room of 80m2 with a fitted kitchen opening onto a large terrace, 5 bedrooms, 4 sea view, all with bathrooms including 3 with WC One and one with bath,
And on the ground floor: a living room with a fitted kitchen opening onto a large terrace, 3 bedrooms with sea views, 3 shower rooms, 2 toilets.

Possibilities to park 4 vehicles (including 2 in the garage), a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dry towels.

The villa has all the necessary equipment

2 cots are available, Wifi, TV, microwave, barbecue, ping-pong, 4 bikes and 2 electric scooters are available, electric shutters, espresso machines etc ...

Bed linen, towels and all linens are provided.
Private parking.
Well behaved animals are accepted.
Tourist tax to be paid on arrival 1 € per day and per person.
Deposit to be paid on arrival 2000 € (by check not cashed, transfer or cash).
Extra cleaning fee to be paid on arrival 200 € by check or in cash that will be returned if the accommodation is returned in a clean state

Concierge service on site for any service request: cleaning, shopping, meal preparation, babysitting etc ...
Arrival and departure times are flexible depending on availability. All arrivals and departures between 21h and 8h will be charged 50 euros to the tenant.
Before departure, garbage cans should be thrown away and dishes should be stored.

In case of booking of 4 days or less a cleaning fee of 400 euros will be added to the rental price

C'était pour nous l'occasion de rassembler pour une semaine l'ensemble de nos enfants et petits enfants. La maison est parfaite pour ce type de réunion de famille.

wunderbare Reise mit der ganzen Familie

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus, gemütlich und auch schattig, wir haben uns alle (15 Personen inkl. 7 Kinder und Jugendliche) sehr wohl gefühlt und sind zum 2. mal dort gewesen. Der Weg zum nächsten Strand ist kurz, in 10 Min. Fahrt ist ein herrlicher Strand mit feinem Sand und kristallklarem blauem Wasser.

Séjour exceptionnel à la villa Agosta !

La villa a un emplacement idéal, proche de la mer à pied, et elle possède une très belle piscine. Le propriétaire est très agréable et ca concierge également ! Je recommande fortement cette villa.

Belle maison de vacances pour grande tribu

Vaste maison ,vue magnifique sur la mer et les couchers de soleil . Plage accessible à pied en 10 mn.Tout est prévu pour que chacun puisse vaquer à ses activités :piscine ,ping-pong,plusieurs tables pour dessiner,jouer aux jeux de sociétés et aussi manger a l.aise a 13 personnes . Dans l’ensemble très bien équipée,petit bémol : plaque de cuisson vieillotte à infra rouges pour le standing et le coût de cette location on s’attend à trouver de l’induction. Très bon accueil de Nadia qui est charmante et disponible .

C'est superbe !

La villa offre une position dominante magnifique, au calme et avec vue mer. Les deux étages proposent des lieux de vie hyper agréables selon les moments de la journée. Les espaces sont très bien équipés et superbes (dedans comme dehors). Nous étions 10 et avons passé un mémorable séjour. Merci à Nathalie pour sa souplesse et son extrême gentillesse à l'accueil et au départ.

La prestation est à la hauteur de l'annonce et surtout de notre attente pour des retrouvailles familiales des régions:, parisienne, PACA, et Savoie. Je conseille vivement ce lieu face à la mer, bien placé pour toutes activités nautiques, nombreuses plages dont celle d'argent ( jet ski, paddle, promenade en bateau, avec apéro et coucher de soleil aux iles sanguinaires), beaucoup d'autres comme promenade en buggies, canyoning ou plus facile : se baigner dans l'eau glacée des chutes de Richiusa. Très jolie déco, très propre, tout le nécessaire et même le superflu: le beau plateau de courtoisie!!! Merci Nathalie et Bravo à Xavier les"Rochard" du 27/8 au3//9/2022

Séjour au top dans cette belle villa avec vue mer et très bien équipée et décorée. A noter uniquement 1 place de parking dans le garage et 4 autres places extérieures ce qui peut être un peu juste pour la capacité de la maison. Accueil et communication avec la gérante parfaite.

Ce fut un magnifique séjour en famille. La maison est grandiose et nous a permis d’être nombreux en conservant une grande liberté. La décoration est très belle et tout est disponible pour profiter du lieu. Un grand merci au propriétaire ,à Victoria et son équipe pour l’organisation de notre séjour et pour leurs disponibilités. The Villa is huge and location is ideal

Perfect for a big group! The pool and sea views were spectacular as well as plenty of space to relax. We could not enjoy sea activities due to weather in february so we mostly stayed and enjoyed the villa. The Villa is very clean with lots of space inside and out to dine, relax or sit by the pool and a great bbq to cook on. All the commodities are available. Each bedroom (8) has its own bathroom which is a real plus. Big thanks to Xavier for the warm welcome we received on arrival. Quick responses to any issues made everything easy for us. I would highly recommend this villa, it really does have the wow factor. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Ps: thanks for the "Corsican basket" we really enjoyed Corsican specialties.
