Panoramic view of clean freshwater lake. What makes this lake nicer than other Connecticut lakes: No outboard motors allowed!!! This fact keeps the lake clean and quiet/peaceful. Sandy bottom in front of house for 20+ feet. Wonderful spot on the lake. Starts shallow and gradually gets deeper. Great for children. Central air and heat newly installed, mattresses are new. Home is ultra-clean. Bedrooms are good sized. Master and additional bedroom overlook the lake. Hardwood flooring lower level, Berber carpets on upper level cleaned and sanitized every year. Breathtaking foliage during the Fall. Relax in the beautiful Connecticut countryside. Swimming, boating, sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing, fishing and lakeside sunsets. Winter: ice fishing and skating when permitted. Many nearby activities: Foxwoods Casino, Mohegan Sun Casino, the Connecticut River, the Goodspeed Opera House, Mystic Seaport, quaint riverside towns, fine dining, antiquing, hiking, biking, farms, historical sites and state parks are within half an hour driving time, or less. Connecticut beaches approximately 40 minutes. Fifty minutes from Bradley International Airport. Two and a half hours from New York City and Boston.
