House with a sea view as second line located, very very short distance to the sand and the beach of Praia da Luz. Luz is a small village, where you have access to all facilities on foot, such as the beach, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.
This villa is a Townhall House part of Luzbay Residential area, typical of the central area around the bay built with similar details, full of nice paths, with a lot of híden small gardens and a lot of Hibiscos e aloendros. The master bedroom has a double bed and has a private bathroom with an extremely generous and modern size. From this room, we have direct access to the garden, here you can enjoy your meals at sunset, to the sound of the water from the fountain that exists in the garden, as if you were in a SPA, or just listen the sea. In the second bedroom, we will find two single beds with a good area and a very modern and refined bathroom.

On the upper floor, through its spiral staircase, you will be dazzled by a new style wooden kitchen, personalized and fully equipped with everything you need for your holidays. The living and dining room has plenty of natural light, with access to a balcony where you can watch the sunrise. Through this balcony, you will also have access to the garden, on the lower floor.

Best location in Luz

We have been coming to praia de luz for about 14 years. Without a shadow of a doubt this was the best house that we have stayed in so far. We will be coming back

Booking was cancelled whilst we were on our way to the airport but we were not aware of this. We arrived at midnight to find “family members of the owners” staying there . Had to find emergency accommodation elsewhere for the night. The agents for the accommodation did find us an alternative place to stay but it was out of the town centre so it was a good job we had a hire car and was not fussed about drinking !! Then spent the rest the of week trying to sort out the admin side of things. Not the most successful holiday

Lovely Villa

My partner & I, plus a friend stayed in the villa for a week. Diana was great at communicating and also was EXTREMELY helpful when we had forgotten our iPad. She delivered it to our next location! The villa was clean quiet, and a great location in Luz - only 2 minutes to the beach. We even used the grill outside multiple nights. Would recommend!

Lovely villa in fantastic location.

Wonderful villa in a fantastic location, the location that my Mother and I have been visiting for many years. My only complaint is the main bathroom, it did not have any hooks or towel rails which is essential to hang your towels, especially when damp. It also lacked a bathroom mat. The villa did not come with beach towels as advertised, although when asked for, the property manager delivered that same day. The toilet seat in the main bathroom was loose & when contacted, the property manager had an engineer out within 10 minutes to fix the issue. A great stay all in all.

Wir haben besonders die gute Lage geschätzt, die großen Fenster und den Platz für 4. Es sieht alles genauso aus wie auf den Fotos und die Sportgeräte vor der Tür eignen sich gut für ein Workout. Hestört hat uns, dass es in den Badezimmern müffelte, es scheint ein Problem mit den Abflüssen zu geben. Auch hat es gerade im Kinderzimmer etwas nach Schimmel gerochen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes hat es allerdings an einem Tag durchgehend sehr stark geregnet, vielleicht bestehen diese Probleme im Sommer nicht. Die Terrassentür kann man nur noch mit einem Bolzen verriegeln, das schien etwas improvisiert, aber auc

Vorausgeschickt sei, dass dies unsere erste Bewertung im Netz ist und das, weil weil noch nie so schlecht gewohnt haben. - die Schlafzimmertür zum Garten lässt sich nicht abschließen ) 4 Tage Handwerker vor Ort) mit erforderlicher eigener Anwesenheit - Unfassbarer Gestank aus beiden Badezimmer Abflussrohren - Toilettenspülung im Dauerbetrieb - Kakalaken im Zimmer - Balkon: Zigarettenkippen, Schlafzimmer: Streifen von Toilettenpapier, - Sammelsurium aus kaputten, verdreckten Stühlen mit Sitzpolstern auf die sich keiner setzen möchte - durchgesessenes Sofa ohne Tisch im Wohnzimmer - Deckenfluter und bunt gemischte Nachtisch-Schreibtischlampen aus den 80igern - Die ASP Rita hat neue Möbel, Handwerkern & Raumpfleger besorgt. - positiv sind die Matratzen und die Duschen zu erwähnen, sowie Markengeräte in der Küche (SMEG) Wir können von einer so lieblos eingerichteten und ansonsten veraltet ausgestatteten Unterkunft nur abraten.

Wundervoller Urlaub

Die FeWo befindet sich in direkter Strandnähe (2 min) Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und entspricht exakt den Fotos. Alle Küchengeräte sind hochwertig und sauber. Im nahen Supermarkt/Fischmarkt bekommt man alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation und der Service des Vermieters war fantastisch. Selbst unsere Sonderwünsche wie z.B. Kindersicherung an der Treppe wurden extra für uns installiert. Der Check In/Out klappte unkompliziert und auch hier wurden unsere Sonderwünsche berücksichtigt. Vielen lieben Dank an Rita und ihr Team. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub bei euch und kommen definitiv wieder!

Perfekt!!!

Ein tolles Haus in bester Lage, mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt! Die Nähe zum Strand (2min zu Fuß) ist einfach unschlagbar. Es gibt in der unmittelbaren Umgebung diverse Cafés, Restaurants & zwei kleinere Supermärkte (Baptista teilweise sehr teuer)! Luz ist ein typisches portugiesisches Dörfchen & perfekt für einen Urlaub fernab der Touristenhochburgen. Rita war jederzeit via Message / Telefon erreichbar. Wir waren zwei Wochen im Haus & nach einer Woche kam ein Reinigungsteam, welches das Haus gesäubert sowie Bettwäsche & Handtücher erneuert hat. Das Haus ist klimatisiert & bietet genügend Platz für 4 Erwachsene oder eine Familie & verfügt über einen Stellplatz, so dass man sich die lästige Parkplatzsuche sparen kann. Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert & wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen lieben Dank, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Schöne Wohnung an pefekter Lage

Wir hatten einen wirklich großartigen Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus, welches nur 2 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt liegt. Perfekt! Auch sonst gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Sauber, freundliche Kommunikation und alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Kommen gerne wieder mal.

Heerlijk huis dichtbij strand! 90 dec lopen klopt!

Zalig huis! Alleen weinig luie stoelen! (2) Waterleiding maakt lawaai op één slaapkamer bij doortrekken en douchen, fitness park bij de voordeur! één apparaat maakt nogal lawaai, moet gerepareerd worden! Verder fantastisch huis! Zeker aan te bevelen!

Schönes Reihenhäuschen in sehr guter Lage

Wir sind aufgrund der anderen sehr guten Bewertungen auf dieses Objekt aufmerksam geworden. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut! Die Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler ist sehr praktisch. Die restliche Ausstattung variiert seeehr stark von billigstem Schrott und guten hochwertigen Dingen. Bei uns war z.b. nur ein riesiges Messer vorhanden, auf Nachfrage wurden uns kleine Messer gebracht, die allerdings secondhand waren, komplett verklebt von komischer Klebefolie und unbrauchbar. Der eine Stuhl vom Esstisch kracht auch sozusagen schon auseinander, die Spülmaschine schließt schief usw. Die offene Küche (auch die Schränke sind offen) ist mit Kleinkindern nicht so praktisch, sowie die Treppen innerhalb des Hauses und vom Balkon runter in den Garten. Uns wurde für die Treppe eine Kinder-Absicherung versprochen, die aber leider nicht gebracht wurde. Besteck und Geschirr ist für 4 Personen überwiegend vorhanden, Müslischüsseln waren nur 3 vorrätig. Der untere Stock riecht etwas muffig, aber ist halt sehr nah am Meer und die Feuchtigkeit von zwei Bädern kommt dazu... Die warm-Dusche im Garten nach dem Strand um den Sand abzuwaschen ist sehr positiv hervorzuheben. Das war jetzt eine sehr ausführliche Beschreibung, aber wir dachten man muss es mal ehrlich bewerten, da solche Informationen ja schon wichtig sind. Also es gibt sehr viel Positives, jedoch auch einige negative Eigenschaften, die je nach dem mehr oder weniger ungeschickt sind.

Toller Urlaub!

Wir hatten eine supertolle Zeit in dem Appartement. Die Gegend ist ein Traum und der Ort hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Rita war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die ganze Kommunikation war total unkompliziert und sympathisch. Toll waren auch die Tipps, die sie uns gegeben hat. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr weg und freuen uns jetzt schon auf das nächste Mal.

Absolument parfait !

La maison est très bien équipée, beaucoup plus belle que sur les photos et juste en face de la jolie plage praia da luz à moins d’une minute à pied ! Nous avons eu une super expérience et le contact était super avec Diana qui nous a facilité l’arrivée malgré notre retard et donné plein de conseils pour la region. Nous recommandons à 100%

Neu renoviertes und geschmackvoll eingerichtets Ferienhaus!

Das Ferienhaus ist genau wie beschrieben, neu renoviert, hübsch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sehr sauber, einschließlich der gesamten Küchenausstattung. Es gab reichlich Handtücher und die Betten waren sauber bezogen. Im Bad war bereits Seife vorhanden. Besonders erwähnenswert ist, dass nach der Hälfte unseres Urlaubs das Haus von einem Reinigungsteam geputzt wurde. Die Nähe zum Strand hat uns sehr gut gefallen, ebenso wie der kleine Garten beim Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Besonderen Dank an Rita, die uns bei unserer Ankunft sehr freundlich empfangen hat.
