Ideally located in the heart of tourist Alsace and quiet, facing the picturesque village of Riquewihr and the vineyard, this luxury villa will enchant you with its charm and authenticity (dining room in Alsatian tradition with its Alsatian tiled stove).

Nice House in a nice Village

We were a group of ten friends and one baby and the house fitted perfect to us. Good start for easy hiking routes, nice wine region and a house with a good equiped kitchen and comfortable beds.

Canadian Family Holiday

We had 4 nights at Virginie’s and loved it! With 6 adults and 5 children, 9-14, it was a great location. Hot water and heating system were excellent. The 3 boys had room to play outside and found the caged soccer and basketball court. The dining table was perfect for our group of 11. For a family of 11, for 4 days, we could have used more toilet tissue, garbage bags and dishwasher tabs! The toaster needs to be held down manually in order to work. (Just for your information that we think you would want to know.) The above were small issues and certainly did not take away our pleasure of being in your house and in beautiful Riquewhir! Het was een heerlijk huis met prima voorzieningen. Ook geen probleem om in de middag al in het huis te kunnen komen. Afspraken zijn goed te maken ook in het Engels. Enige kanttekening is dat een paar extra theedoeken in de keuken wel fijn zou zijn.

Oase im Elsass

Die Lage ist toll! 5 Minuten Fußweg in die Altstadt, an der Umgehungsstraße gelegen. Abends herrliche Ruhe. Das Haus ist perfekt und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts und es ist auch fĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere Gruppen geeignet (wir waren 6 Erwachsene und ein Hund). Durch den Bodenbelag (Laminat) ist es allerdings recht hellhörig. Der Garten ist wunderschön. FĂŒr Hundebesitzer wichtig zu wissen: der Garten ist zwar eng mit BĂŒschen umstanden, aber nicht umzĂ€unt, das heißt, dass der Hund entkommen könnte, wenn er will (z.B. zum Katzenjagen ;-) ) Wir wĂ€ren gerne lĂ€nger geblieben und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

"escapade en Alsace"

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 8 alten Freundinnen aus 5 LĂ€ndern zwischen 50 und 80 Jahren. Da sich einige gar nicht untereinander kannten, wĂ€re es uns lieber gewesen, noch ĂŒber ein oder zwei Schlafzimmern mit Einzelbetten zu verfĂŒgen. Ansonsten haben wir uns alle sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und die Einrichtung war prima. Die KĂŒche gut eingerichtet und praktisch. Wir könnten auf der Terrasse essen. Die Lage, sehr nah am Dorfzentrum und doch nicht im Touristen-Trubel, war ideal, ebenfalls als Startpunkt fĂŒr Wanderungen Richtung RibeauvillĂ© und Kaysersberg. FĂŒr Gruppen mit Ehepaaren eignet sich das Haus am besten wegen der Doppelbetten Madame Choulet war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen, fĂŒr Gruppen oder eine Familie, die die Weinberg Gegend erkunden wollen.

Comfortabel huis vlakbij het centrum van Riquewihr

Dit huis gehuurd voor een reĂŒnie met vrienden. Mooi vertrekpunt voor wandeltochten in de omgeving en bezoek aan Riquewihr. Comfortabel en ruim huis met goede voorzieningen, ruim voldoende keukenspullen, goed onderhouden en zeer schoon. Attente eigenaresse! We hebben het hier prima naar ons zin gehad.

Great stay in Riquewihr

Great property, ideal for family or groups. Very good location, quiet and peaceful but only a few minute's walk to the town and restaurants. Only downside to Riquewihr is the lack of a good supermarket. There is a nice Boulangerie though.

Christmas Magic

We stayed at the property over Christmas week 2019 and loved it. We arrived to find a decorated tree in the lounge room and a welcoming smile from the housekeeper. The atmosphere in Riquerwihr and surrounding towns was fantastic. It is well located for strolls around the town and with easy walks through rolling hills to the surrounding villages. The location in regards to the town is excellent - 5 minutes walk maximum to the center and room for at least 2 cars in the driveway. The property is as shown in the images. The bedding is very comfortable and the rooms are clean and spacious with generous quantities of crockery etc. The house easily accommodated our group of 8. I would wholeheartedly recommend the house and the area as a delightful location for a holiday.

Wir waren als Grossfamilie (Grossmutter mit 3 Kindern & 5 Enkelkindern) zu Besuch & waren rund um happy. Die Unterkunft liess keine WĂŒnsche offen: Grösse toll, Raumkonzept clever, Infrastruktur top & das alles chic und wohnlichđŸ‘đŸ». Die Lage in Riquewihr ist ein weiteres Plus dieses Bijous. La literie est confortable, rien ne manque à l'équipement de la maison, vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine sont disponibles en quantité largement dimensionnée. parfaitement adapté à une grande famille ou à un groupe de 7 à 10 personnes. Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© cette villa (10 adultes et 1 enfant) pour ce 1er week-end de marchĂ© de NoĂ«l Ă  Riquewihr. Quel bonheur Ă  notre arrivĂ©e de constater que la maison correspondait parfaitement Ă  nos attentes ! Chambres spacieuses et agrĂ©ables, salon/salle-Ă -manger grand et cosy, cuisine fonctionnelle et trĂšs propre. Deux salles-de-bain et toilettes nickels ! Bref, tout pour passer un sĂ©jour on ne peut plus sympa ! De plus, possibilitĂ© de garer 4 vĂ©hicules sans souci et donc de pouvoir nous dĂ©placer Ă  pied (grand maximum 500m pour ĂȘtre au coeur du village). Je recommande vivement cette location, pour un week-end, voire mĂȘme plus ! Vivement y revenir ! :-)

Fantastisk vel udstyret hus med perfekt beliggenhed

Stort hus - perfekt til fx flere generationer. Her er ALT, hvad man kan have brug for, der er super rent og pÊnt overalt. Varmen virkede ikke i fÞrste omgang, men det blev straks ordnet, da vi gjorde opmÊrksom pÄ det. Charmerende (og meget turistede) centrum af Riquewihr ligger virkelig blot fÄ minutters gang fra huset, sÄ vi kunne nyde byen i smÄ portioner. Byen er ret dÞd om aftenen (uge 42), sÄ vi kan anbefale, at man reserverer bord, hvis man vil spise ude i byen. Alt i alt et hus, som vi varmt kan anbefale og som vi selv gerne vender tilbage til.

Super Lage, gute Organisation, nette BegrĂŒĂŸung!

Ein schönes Haus mit großem Garten und altem Baumbestand. Wir waren zu fĂŒnft, hatten jeder unser eigenes Zimmer. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr hell mit einer schönen Terrasse.Geeignet ist das Haus auch fĂŒr zwei Familien, die gemeinsam mit Kindern verreisen möchten, optimal fĂŒr 10 Personen. In die Innenstadt von Riquewihr braucht man zu Fuß nur 3 Minuten, Parken kann man direkt auf dem GelĂ€nde des Hauses. Fazit: sehr gut und sauber, wir haben uns richtig wohl gefĂŒhlt. Vielen Dank nochmals an die Vermieter, wir können das Objekt sehr empfehlen.

DU BONHEUR !

La maison est extrĂȘmement agrĂ©able, a la fois traditionnelle avec son toit pointu et son poĂȘle en faĂŻence et contemporaine par l'espace, les baies vitrĂ©es et la dĂ©co tout Ă  fait actuelle. Elle est aussi hyper bien Ă©quipĂ©e, les chambres grandes et lumineuses et la literie d'excellente qualitĂ©. Nous nous sommes trouvĂ©s dans un quartier trĂšs calme Ă  cinq minutes Ă  pied du centre du village. Nous y Ă©tions en septembre et les automnes sont beaux en Alsace. Nous avons fait de jolies balades dans les vignes et avons assistĂ© aux vendanges. Nous recommandons la promenade jusqu'au restaurant 'Le Saint Alexis' et le dĂ©jeuner en terrasse. Enfin, nous n'avons pas eu assez de la semaine pour visiter la rĂ©gion ! En fait, ce fut la plus sympathique de nos nombreuses locations .
