Peaceful Courtyard Cottage
Unique peaceful cottage in a beautiful, small rural village nestled beneath the escarpment of Salisbury Plain. An ideal location for exploring beautiful Wiltshire and the surrounding area or simply relaxing and enjoying a quiet few days in the countryside.
Our welcoming cottage is within the courtyard of converted listed farm buildings. Although attached to our house, the property is independent with a separate entrance opening into a comfortable well-equipped living, dining and kitchen area. Upstairs there is a light double bedroom with a modern ensuite shower room and a separate single bedroom ideal for a child or a study.
Private parking for 1 - 2 cars and access to the garden and seating area outside the door.
Included - towels and fresh linen, tea and coffee. WiFi, LCD flat screen TV and DVD player.
We are ideally located equidistant between the historic cities of Bath and Salisbury (40 mins)
Devizes - Market town & Caen Hill Locks (15mins)
Stonehenge (25mins)
Longleat (30 mins)
Stourhead (35mins)
Also ideally placed for visiting picturesque Wiltshire villages and towns such as Bradford-on-Avon, Lacock and Castle Combe.
Local attractions:
Edington Priory and The Westbury White Horse.
Earlstoke Golf Club (1/2 mile)
Wonderful walks from cottage and up to Salisbury Plain
Local renowned Pub with own Brewery and Farm Shop (1 mile drive or 25mins walk across the fields)
The hosts live at the property and will welcome you on your arrival and be available to assist you at any stage of your stay.
Please note there is a shallow stream at the end of the garden so parents of young children will need to keep a close eye on them

Short distance from Westbury Rail Station is 6 miles away with direct trains to London Paddington, London Waterloo, Swindon, Bristol and Portsmouth.
