This property offers only the first floor, with the ground floor not inhabited, ensuring total exclusivity for tenants. Access is very convenient thanks to the Old Road of Malaga, which quickly connects with Alhaurín el Grande in just 10 minutes by car and with Malaga Airport in 30 minutes. Additionally, you will be close to tourist destinations such as Torremolinos, Nerja, Ronda and Fuengirola.

The farm is completely fenced, with a private gate and secure parking within the enclosure. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by an elevated pool with sun all day long, equipped with sunbeds and garden furniture for total relaxation. The pool has a secure access with a wrought iron fence, ideal for families. 🏊‍♂️🌴

Go up the stairs to the upper floor and you will find a spacious dining room with an American kitchen equipped with everything you need: pans, toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee maker, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and fridge with freezer. Everything thought out so that you feel at home. 🍳☕️

The distribution includes three rooms: two with a double bed and one single, perfect for groups or families. The air conditioning with heat pump is available in the living-dining room and in two of the rooms, guaranteeing comfort in any season of the year. The bathroom has a shower tray for greater comfort. ❄️🛏️🚿
