Apartment 2 "La Bohème" magical atmosphere immersed in the Tuscan countryside
Wide open spaces and cozy apartments equipped with every comfort, make this farmhouse an optimal choice for a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday at any time of the year.
The completely renovated farmhouse is located in a rural context, in the countryside between Lucca and Viareggio, a strategic area to easily reach both the city and the sea coast.
The structure consists of 5 independent apartments, each equipped with air conditioning, wifi internet, heating, satellite TV and kitchen.
The common areas consist of a swimming pool with a depth of 1.40 meters (open from 9 am to 7 pm from 1 June to 30 September), a large garden with equipped gazebo, barbecue and relaxation area, games for children and car parking inside the property.
APARTMENT 2 "la Bohème"
The apartment "La Bohème" ideal for three people is located on the ground floor of the building, you enter the living room with a satellite TV corner, a double sofa bed, table and chairs, the kitchen is separate and equipped with fridge, oven and freezer induction, freezer, kettle, microwave and dishes.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and towel set.
The cottage is the only choice for your relaxing vacation; our Relaxing outdoor areas, and will give you a warm welcome all around the year.
Fully renewed, in the open country in between Lucca and Viareggio, from here you can easily reach the town and the seaside.

The outside areas include a swimming pool (water depth 1. 4 m) open from June the 1st till September 30th, gorgeous garden with gazebo, barbecue, relax area, kid's play area and parking.

- leaving room with TV SAT, sofa bed for two people, table, chairs;
- kitchen with fridge, oven, fire cooking, freezer, boiling pot, microwave and dishwasher
- The bathroom has shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer and towels.
- Bedroom with kingsize bed, wardrobe, armchair, set of bed sheets, pillows
- Bedroom with single bed, wardrobe, armchair, set of bed sheets, pillows
