"Madalina Apartment" is a welcoming apartment with independent entrance located in the historic center of Lucca, located on the ground floor of a characteristic historic building in a very quiet and peaceful area, it has an independent entrance and is composed of a room with sofa and TV, which leads to a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking, we also find a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The living room leads to the beautiful internal garden furnished with table and chairs. and from the kitchen there is access to the large outdoor terrace with table and chairs. On the upper floor accessible by an internal stone staircase there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The rooms have air conditioning and free Wi-Fi is available!

We had a fantastic stay, two large double bedrooms with great air con were perfect, the best location we’ve ever stayed in Lucca too. We loved evening drinks in the courtyard which was shaded all day.

Great place to stay

Always a great with easy access to parking and entrance to the city. We really enjoyed the entire house and everything and works well. The stairs are narrow and steep. Another hand rail was added. Also the new appliances were appreciated. Will enjoy returning to Lucca.

Lovely stay in Lucca

We really enjoyed the flat. Enjoyed the inner courtyard and having it on the ground floor. Very close to parking. Making dinners at home is always enjoyable and then walking on the wall to gelato is a highlight. The air con in the bedrooms was great! And having a bathroom on each level is rare. We loved it and hope to stay again next year. Thank you do much!

Comfortable apartment in great location for exploring Lucca

The apartment is a short walk (7 minutes) from Lucca train station, and the description is accurate - apart from there being no separate terrace accessible from the kitchen. The courtyard garden is nice to have for eating outside etc. The apartment did seem a little dark, but that's the nature of the building. Our host was very helpful, and a few minor issues found upon arrival were rectified on the same day.One suggestion is to provide some tea-bags / coffee for guests.

Lucca May 2024

Great location within the old city and close to all amenities and train station. The property had lots of character. Nice and quiet. Courtyard very pleasant and an added bonus. Lots of space and clean and functional. The one negative point is a very steep staircase and not easy to get up and down particularly with suitcase. Also could do with a more comfortable sofa Had a lovely holiday and Lucca is beautiful. Will be back

The apartment was very clean and we really enjoyed the patio on the one warm day that we had. The location is excellent, close to train station but inside the walls. It was easy to explore Lucca from here and also take a quick side trip to Pisa. Both bedrooms are upstairs, so that was a little bit of a challenge but not a problem. We would stay here again.
