BEAUTIFUL RENTAL VILLA IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA), WITH PRIVATE POOL and for up to 6 people.



LAYOUT: It is distributed on a single floor, which is accessed by stairs. There are three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with single beds) and two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower). There is a fully equipped independent kitchen and a spacious and cosy living-dining room with air conditioning and fireplace. The villa is totally refurbished.



EXTERIOR: It has a plot of 1000m2 with lovely gardens and palm trees. A nice pool area and a terrace with modern outdoor furniture from where you can enjoy the afternoon sun with a drink or a swim. There's also a covered barbecue area with a summer kitchen and a large table to have your meals with friends and family, There is parking for your car.



LOCATION: Located in a quiet residential area and close to the sea at just 1 km from the magnificent sandy beach of La Fosa, all shops, restaurants and bars. In that municipal area, you will enjoy different sporting activities: climbing, cycling, trekking and all water activities.
