Nice apartment on the second floor of a historical building of the 17th century, without elevator, Triangolo D'Oro Apartment has an excellent position in the heart of Genoa, 200 meters from Palazzo Ducale and Piazza De Ferrari, the main square. The museums and squares are just a few steps from the apartment, as well as Porto Antico and the famous Aquarium of Genoa (10 min walk through Via San Lorenzo)

The property, which has a maximum capacity of 6 people and is also suitable for families with children, has a size of 70 square meters and consists of an entrance hall, two bedrooms on a mezzanine with respectively a double bed and two single beds, two bathrooms (one of which is in the bedroom with the two single beds), kitchen and living room with sofa bed (for two people). Furnished in a contemporary style, it has all the amenities for a more pleasant stay with the presence of a fully functional wi-fi connection available in any corner of the house.

Beautiful apartment

Check in went smoothly and the apartment was clean, orderly and well stocked with all the necessary utensils. The host was very helpful with all our needs. The location was excellent and we walked to all our intended sites.

Das Appartement war idealer Ausgangsplatz für die Erkundung der Altstadt Genuas. Alle Sehenwürdigkeiten, Cafes und Restaurants waren praktisch um die Ecke. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig.Alles war liebevoll zusammen gestellt. Da die beiden Schlafbereiche nur über Treppen ereichbar sind, eignet sich die Wohnung nicht für Mensche. mit Gehbehinderungen. Wir sage. Danke an die freundlich Vermieterin

Perfect location and apartment

My son and I stayed in Genoa for three nights in late August. This apartment was perfect for us as we each had our own bedroom (one with a queen bed and one with two singles). The kitchen was well-equiped so we had dinner in the apartment one of the nights. The 3x A/C units were good, which was a relief given the heat. The owner was very friendly and did her best to help us with any questions. We had a great stay in Genoa!

L’appartamento è molto carino e ben congegnato per ottimizzare lo spazio. Siamo stati in 4 per una breve vacanza di 4 gg. e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è perfetta, 100 metri da Piazza De Ferrari. Pulito e ben arredato. La propietaria è gentile e disponibile. Se avremo occasione di tornare a Genova sicuramente torneremo qui. Marco
