Entirely new prestigious apartment. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 sofa bed (one person) and 1 extra bed of very good quality, equipped kitchen, living room and large terrace with bbq and its superb sea view.
residential area with access to the swimming pool secured with lifeguard. A private parking space is available. The apartment is located 3 minutes walk from the local Thursday market, 10 minutes from bars, pubs and restaurants and 5 minutes from the shopping center and Arenales beach ( By car).

Lovely apartment, great balcony!

Check in and communication very good. Lovely balcony with para-gliders to look at.Main living area spacious with big screen smart TV for movie nights. Air Con faulty in this area during our stay. 3bed room, 2 toilet / shower room. One of the bed rooms didn't have air-con, just a fan, definately recommend adding air-con. We added a single bed to one of the double bed rooms and it worked fine for our youngest. All in all the apartment was very good. We had a car so location wasn't an issue, restaurants and small shops within walking distance. The pool area was like a community garden area, very nice! We only had the small pool for the majority of our stay as the lifeguards didn't start until June 14th, it was enough for us though, we travelled to water parks etc a few days.

Appartement calme et fonctionnel de standing proche de toutes commodités en voiture, la terrasse est le plus gros atout de l'appartement, magnifique vue. Vacances au top, merci aux propriétaires de leur disponibilité et hospitalité.
