Summary:
Enjoy a luxury vacation home located in the Waters Edge community - only a 20 yard walk to the neighborhoods private beach!
You'll hear the soothing sounds of the surf enjoy the close proximity to shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee from your balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico before heading out for a bike ride along the coast.

The Space:
This 5 bedroom, 4 bath home can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. Each rental includes a complimentary beach chair and umbrella setup to make your day on the sand as relaxing as possible. Bicycles are available for scenic rides down highway 30A to the town's many shops and restaurants. The home features a private, heated pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a BBQ, balconies and decks on each floor, a spacious living area, full bath amenities, and everything you need to enjoy a wonderful stay.

**Bunk Room on first floor includes a single over double, as well as a single trundle bed.
**Beach chair service runs for stays from March 1st through November 30th. During the offseason, you can pay $50 per day (plus tax) for the setup. 
**The pool can be heated for a fee of $50/night.
**A high chair and pack and play can be made available for no additional fee. Please request prior to arrival.

Wonderful beachside home!

Terrific location just 1 min walk from the beach. Home was spacious enough for all of us spanning grandparents to grandkids. Heated pool was a nice touch to the home!

Perfect Location

Home was even more beautiful than the pictures and the location was absolutely perfect. We would definitely book here again. Our only complaint was that several days there were painters working on the exterior of the property which hadn’t been communicated to us by the property manager and did affect our use of the pool.

Amazing location to beach and town

This house exceeded our expectations. Everything was super clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. The location to beach was 100%. You literally are one house over from path to beach and then it’s just a strut until you are down the stairs. Bikes and chairs provided and set up everyday was an extra bonus. Check in/check out was seamless. This trip was fantastic.

Wonderful beach house!

The renovation is beautiful! All new bathrooms and kitchen. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. In fact, brand new bicycles were delivered during our stay! We’ve stayed in Waters’s Edge several times before and it is a hidden jewel steps away from the beach, shopping and restaurants. But, it’s getting better as several houses have been renovated and more are in process. We will be back!

Relaxing place, Great Location

Beautiful, clean home and super easy beach access. Daily chair setup was perfect. Coordination for arrival was simple. Property manager typically quick to respond. Only concern was a missing toilet seat and no lights for pool at night. Be aware you can only park 3 cars here, so if you have a larger group you will need to make other attangements. Our group would definitely stay here again.

30A Vacay

Overall, we had a good experience staying at this property. The house is lovely, and you can't beat the quick walk to the beach. However, there were some issues. The front door keypad did not work. They came to try to replace it during our stay, but it was unsuccessful. We had to use the side door for the whole week which was not very well lit or convenient. The ceiling fan in the first floor guest room did not work and there was no television in that room which is odd considering the price of this house. The toilet seat in the jack and jill bathroom was covered in dried paint. The door from the bunk room into the bathroom could only be opened a few inches because it was scraping the floor. The dishwasher handle was missing making it extremely difficult to open. The washing machine was leaking so we had to leave a towel on the floor the whole time. One of the first floor bunk rooms had not been cleaned very well. My children found juul pods, lighters, dirty bikini bottoms, and partially drunk soda bottles in plain sight under the bed. Finally, the cushions on the poolside patio furniture were filthy. The lounge chair cushions had been left on top of the concrete wall, and they stayed there the whole week. No one wanted to use them because they were so stained and dirty. I hate to be so negative, but again, at this price point, one would expect to not be dealing with all of these issues.

Rundown

The house is rundown and it makes it feel unclean. They need to renovate the house. The pictures are not current and it’s deceiving. Linda the manager is rude. Great location but not worth the rental amount.

Great House Close to Center of Rosemary Beach

First time visiting Rosemary Beach area and we were extremely happy with our home choice. Great setup for a family, super close to the Rosemary Beach main drag and only steps away from the beach. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful week at the beach!

We travelled for spring break with another family- we had 4 kids between 5 and 10 years old. The house was wonderful- cute interior, well stocked kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. The location is AMAZING- super close to the beach and right across the road from lots of dining and shopping options. They provide reserved chairs on the beach every day and extra chairs at the house to bring down with you if you wanted more. Heated pool was an extra bonus when we wanted a little break from the beach. Would highly recommend this house, the location can’t be beat.

Perfect for our family of 9. We all enjoyed our stay immensely. Would definitely book again. One note, if you’re traveling with toddlers, the stairs to beach can be challenging for them so be prepared.

Pictures are accurate

The only con of this house is that the main floor is not on the same level as the pool. The rooms on the lowest floor are geared towards kids, which is hard if you have toddlers are constantly going in and out. Other than that the place was very clean and the two pack n plays were awesome to use.

Family Time

After a 15 year hiatus we have restarted our Family tradition of getting together in the FL Panhandle. We’ve moved East from Grayton Beach to Rosemary Beach. This was a great choice of location for our Family with our new addition of a Granddaughter. The house was ideal for our needs and was a short walk or ride from everything we wanted to do. We always felt safe and our kids enjoyed the bike rides and the beach. When they’d come back to the house we would all relax around the pool. We will do this trip again!

Family Friendly

We were most impressed with how many amenities the property had to offer. Yes it had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. But it had so many things that we usually bring with us. There were beach chairs, beach towels, bicycles, stair gates, a pack n play, a booster seat. So many bulky items that families usually transport for a weeks stay. There is even a single beach setup included. We added another since there was quite a crowd on the beach. The bedrooms and bathrooms were plenty nice as was the gathering area, more than adequate seating for our 6 adults and 4 children. We played games, some games were on hand at the property and watched TV in that space. The grandkids loved playing games on the sturdy wooden coffee table. The kitchen was so well furnished. Better than nice appliances, a large refrigerator and extra nice gas range. All the other countertop appliances were first class as well. Plentiful pans,cooking utensils, platters and storage containers as well. Very nice propane grill by the pool too! The dining room table seated 10 and there was room for 4 at the bar if needed. Three cars will fit but it’s tight the way the neighborhood is set up. We walked across the street to a very happening town center, nice shops, a tap room and a couple of pizza choices. I’m sure there were others. There was another retail area further down the street we didn’t visit but it looked nice too. It’s perfect for air travelers who can’t bring much, and it was great for us.

Beautiful house and great location

Waters edge is our favorite community on 30A, we have stayed at other homes in this gated neighborhood and this one is our favorite. Check in was easy. The location is very close to the beach and the home was very spacious and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The main room was large and spacious.

Perfect location and home layout disappointed with maintenance of property.

Beautiful vacation home. The perfect location for both beach access and access to seaside. The layout of the home is perfect for a multigenerational family with ages 12-73. Unfortunately many maintenance issues. Grill did not work, fireplace didn’t work, handle of dishwasher broken off, unable to use master jacuzzi bathtub due to serious pipe leak, and I came across at least a dozen roaches.

Perfection on the coast

This property has everything you might need and more. The house is both comfortable and beautifully appointed. The layout is perfect for children and adults. Getting to the beach took less than five minutes. We highly recommend staying here on your next beach vacation!
