Summary:

Enjoy a luxury vacation home located in the Waters Edge community - only a 20 yard walk to the neighborhoods private beach!

You'll hear the soothing sounds of the surf and enjoy the close proximity to shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee from your balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico before heading out for a bike ride along 30A.



The Space:

This 5-bedroom, 4-bath home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and offers direct beach access. The ground floor features two bunk rooms, a queen bedroom, and two full bathrooms. The middle level includes the master suite with an ensuite bathroom, and the top level offers an additional queen bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. Enjoy a private heated pool, a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ grill, balconies and decks on every floor, a spacious living area, and full bath amenities. Each stay includes a complimentary setup of a beach chair and umbrella. Conveniently located next to the shops and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and just a short distance from Alys Beach, this home provides everything you need for a wonderful stay.



**Bunk Room on first floor includes a single over double, as well as a single trundle bed.

**Beach chair service runs for stays from March 1st through November 30th. During the offseason, you can pay $50 per day (plus tax) for the setup. 

**The pool can be heated for a fee of $50/night.

**A high chair and pack and play can be made available for no additional fee. Please request prior to arrival.

Great House Close to Center of Rosemary Beach

Wonderful week at the beach!

We travelled for spring break with another family- we had 4 kids between 5 and 10 years old. The house was wonderful- cute interior, well stocked kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. The location is AMAZING- super close to the beach and right across the road from lots of dining and shopping options. They provide reserved chairs on the beach every day and extra chairs at the house to bring down with you if you wanted more. Heated pool was an extra bonus when we wanted a little break from the beach. Would highly recommend this house, the location can’t be beat.

The house is rundown and it makes it feel unclean. They need to renovate the house. The pictures are not current and it’s deceiving. Linda the manager is rude. Great location but not worth the rental amount.

This house is just perfect! The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and every type of cookware you may need! The furniture and decor is all high end and it’s literally steps away from the beach! Our family will be back next summer to rent this great home again!

Perfection on the coast

Beautiful house and great location

Waters edge is our favorite community on 30A, we have stayed at other homes in this gated neighborhood and this one is our favorite. Check in was easy. The location is very close to the beach and the home was very spacious and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The main room was large and spacious.

Home was even more beautiful than the pictures and the location was absolutely perfect. We would definitely book here again. Our only complaint was that several days there were painters working on the exterior of the property which hadn’t been communicated to us by the property manager and did affect our use of the pool.

Amazing location to beach and town

This house exceeded our expectations. Everything was super clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. The location to beach was 100%. You literally are one house over from path to beach and then it’s just a strut until you are down the stairs. Bikes and chairs provided and set up everyday was an extra bonus. Check in/check out was seamless. This trip was fantastic.

The renovation is beautiful! All new bathrooms and kitchen. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. In fact, brand new bicycles were delivered during our stay! We’ve stayed in Waters’s Edge several times before and it is a hidden jewel steps away from the beach, shopping and restaurants. But, it’s getting better as several houses have been renovated and more are in process. We will be back!

Family Time

After a 15 year hiatus we have restarted our Family tradition of getting together in the FL Panhandle. We’ve moved East from Grayton Beach to Rosemary Beach. This was a great choice of location for our Family with our new addition of a Granddaughter. The house was ideal for our needs and was a short walk or ride from everything we wanted to do. We always felt safe and our kids enjoyed the bike rides and the beach. When they’d come back to the house we would all relax around the pool. We will do this trip again!
