I truly enjoyed going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the waves. Overlooking the water was one of my favorite things to do. The walk to the shops and restaurants was a breeze, taking in the beauty of the area. This has truly become one of my favorite places to visit.

Second time to stay at this house with beautiful full beach view! The house is well stocked in terms of kitchen amenities. Linens and towels are very nice! We’ve stayed in this neighborhood in multiple houses since 2007 and this is one that will come back too.

To say this property was extraordinary is almost an understatement. The house is beautiful and offers everything we could possibly need for a week at the beach. The property management team was wonderful to work with. We weren't able to enjoy the pool because of a gas line issue, but it seemed to be a one-off, not a recurring issue with the property. Once they realized that the pool heating fee was refunded immediately. We will definately be back!

Amazing property! Clean and well stocked. Perfect amount of space for 3 separate families. Proximity to the water was pure perfection especially with small kids! The bikes were a huge plus as well!Incredible communication. We were met by someone upon arrival and all questions were answered. We had 24/7 access via text for anything we might need. There was a small issue with AC going out for a couple days over the holiday. They responded immediately, and helped to mitigate the issue as well as refunding us some money for the inconvenience. Most importantly, my mother in law, who can be a bit particular, is still raving about how wonderful the experience was! She already wants to rebook for next summer. 5 stars, 100% would recommend.

Property was as advertised. Location is fabulous. Loved the top floor balcony. The three separate living areas fit our three families perfectly. Checked in on Saturday for a week. Bumpy start with the AC on the top floor out and also the AC in the middle of the second floor out. Management company brought temp AC for the upper floor but couldn't keep up. Needed fans to supplement which caused a lot of noise. AC was replaced Monday which took the better part of the day. Didn't need middle of second floor AC so delayed repair until we left. Once AC was working, had a great stay. Walking distance to Rosemary Beach shopping and restaurants. Property had a too many decorations on flat surfaces which limited guest usage. Looks good in the pictures but non-functional for the guests. Had error codes with one washer and one dryer on main floor but since there were 2 of each we were able to work around it. Kitchen sink drains slowly and needed to be cleaned out as well as a sink on the first floor.
