Wonderful location BUT home has plumbing issues. There’s a sign in the kitchen warning you the cold water runs hot- and it does! However so does the cold faucet in several bathrooms (brushing teeth with very hot water) and several times the shower water was too hot to shower in. You could even feel the heat in the toilet water! I would definitely inquire about this before renting. Area around bathroom faucets look rusted or moldy? Also, mattress in downstairs bedroom should be replaced.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location, but we sincerely apologize for the plumbing issues during your stay. We take these concerns seriously and will have the plumbing system inspected to address the hot water coming from the cold faucets and showers. We’ll also inspect the bathroom fixtures and take your feedback about the downstairs mattress into consideration. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, as guest comfort and safety are important to us. We apologize again that these issues impacted your experience and thank you for your feedback.

Great location, doesn't sleep 16 though

Great location, nice home. Only negative is the claim it sleeps 16. That can only work with very young kids. To sleep 16, you would have to double up in the bunks (8 people in bunk room). We went with 14 people and wound up at Walmart buying 2 blow up beds. Other than that, a seamless and fun vacation.

On the Green!

Our first time to Rosemary beach and what a treat!! A beautiful Bobby McAlpine designed home that really added to the comfort of all the family members having their own cozy areas. The access of being right on the eastern green and walking to all the shops foods was perfect. The kids loved the independence of being able to hop on a bike and explore (mostly donuts and candy) We stayed the tail end of the summer season so a few minor TLC things needed attention, but the house was well stocked and the icemaker of the main kitchen was a great feature. Will definitely be back!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an outstanding rental experience with Exclusive 30A on our recent trip to Rosemary Beach. This value we received from our rental was well worth the cost. The property's location, layout, cleanliness, amenities, and all-around feel exceeded our expectations. We are already planning our return trip to the same property using the same management company.

Peaceful and wonderful!

We had an amazing week here, and it was dreamy! Perfect location on the eastern green where the little ones could run and play. Steps to the beach and to the pool-it couldn’t have been more convenient. Walk to the bustling shops and restaurants, and return to this quiet corner of Rosemary Beach! All of us said we’re spoiled now, because it was such a beautiful house in the perfect location! The courtyard made for easy dining-the string lights were charming too. Surprise advantages also included lots of restrooms, two ice machines, speakers to play music throughout the house, and two ovens. Thank you for a lovely vacation. We all have said we’d like to visit again!

Grandfather

Everything was great except for the cold water. It took up to 10 minutes for the cold water to not be hot. You need to fix that.

Thanks for the feedback, Patrick! Sometimes with these larger homes, it takes time to purge any cold water from the pipes before it starts to warm up. I'll have the team check on the water heater and plumbing to ensure everything is working as it should. We'd love to have you back!

Rosemary Visit

The house was fine and was clean. But it had no amenities we are used to for a home that we rent at this price. Bikes were broken, no beach towels, very few other amenities at the home. The a/c in one of the rooms made a loud sound every time it turned on. I would be ok with it if the home were half of the price but other homes in this price range that we've stayed in at Rosemary have been much nicer.

Hi Marissa, thank you for sharing your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience during your stay. We appreciate your comments on broken bikes, the lack of beach towels, and the A/C issue. Please let us know if issues with bikes ever arise, as we have a separate bike management company that performs quality checks and fixes. as needed. The home does not supply beach towels and starter packs include enough disposable items to get you started for your stay- I apologize this came as a surprise. Your insights are valuable, and we hope you'll consider staying with us again for a better experience next time.

Perfect Location & Wonderful Views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here with my wife and her family and had a wonderful time. We spent time on the balcony in the mornings and evenings enjoying the amazing view of the ocean and the sunset. We loved the proximity to the beach and were able to use the chairs and umbrella provided at the house. The property comes with bikes as well and we thoroughly enjoyed riding them around Rosemary. At night we loved being able to watch movies on the giant smart tv upstairs to wind down at the end of the day. This home has so many amazing King suites and we loved the number of bathrooms throughout. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to planning our next trip to Rosemary Beach.

An Excellent Choice

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in a great location with close access to both the beach and the best pool in Rosemary. The house is 3 stories with the top story being two QUEEN bunk beds and a large bathroom. The first two stories are equipped with ice makers which is a LARGE bonus. Two Dishwashers and two ovens with a great cooktop. There is games, books, and beach toys that are left behind from other users that were nice to have. We really enjoyed the bikes that were located at the rental. The customer service was awesome and we will definitely recommend to others.
