With 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and space for up to 14 guests, this designer beach home is perfect for family gatherings, multi-family trips, or group getaways on the Emerald Coast.

A 30A Rental Designed for Relaxation & Comfort-
Spread across four levels with elevator access, Beach Therapy offers both space and style. Two king master suites feature spa-like bathrooms with soaking tubs and marble showers. A custom bunk room sleeps up to 8, complete with built-in TVs in every bed. Each bedroom is outfitted with blackout drapes, Euro-plush mattresses, and smart TVs for the perfect night's rest.

Gulf Views & Prime Location-
From nearly every level of the home, you'll enjoy breathtaking Gulf views. Step outside and you're just a short walk to the community pool and private beach access. Located in peaceful Inlet Beach, this 30A rental home offers serenity while keeping you close to popular destinations like Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, and Alys Beach for shopping, dining, and family fun.

Entertaining Made Easy-
The gourmet kitchen includes Thermador appliances, double ovens, a 6-burner stove, wine fridge, and large island seating — ideal for cooking or gathering with loved ones. Dine indoors or outside at tables for eight, then head up to the fourth-floor den with a game table, wet bar, and oversized smart TV. Outdoors, enjoy a covered portico with grill, ping-pong table, and half bath conveniently located near the pool.

Whether you're seeking a family beach house on 30A, a luxury Inlet Beach vacation rental, or simply a place to unwind with friends by the Gulf, Beach Therapy is designed to exceed expectations. From sunrise views to starlit evenings, every moment here feels like a true escape.

Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!

Community Amenities
No matter where you come from, a visit to Inlet Beach will have you feeling like a “local” in no time. Take a walk down to the largest public beach access point in South Walton or spend the morning fishing from the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy many new dining and shopping options in Inlet Beach. Or take a quick bike ride to the neighboring communities of Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach to hit the shops or grab a bite to eat at any one of the area's popular eateries. Here, it's easy to make yourself at home, even on vacation.

Parking
There are only 3 designated parking spaces available with this home. The HOA is very strict about the parking policy and vehicles in violation are subject to be towed at the owner's expense. Overflow parking for more than 3 vehicles is not available anywhere near the home.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ PUBLISHED RATES DO NOT INCLUDE TAX AND FEES
~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking
~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ Home has an exterior camera for security purposes at the parking area
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age. (Please see contract at the time of booking for further information)
