“Myrtia House Skopelos” is an ideal choice for those who search both a traditional and elegant house. It combines traditional architecture with modern facilities. It has recently been renovated radically with tasteful interior design, as it has been reconstructed with great respect to the traditional architecture of our picturesqe island.

“Myrtia House” is located in a very quiet picturesqe neighbourhood right in the centre of Skopelos town. It is only five minutes away on foot from the old harbour and the new port and very close to all the shops, bakeries, pharmacies, cafeterias, mini markets, Bank,ATMs,restaurants, bus station and taxi rank.

Due to the traditional position of the house, you are not allowed to park your vehicles outside of it, but in the close, free parking areas, such as the port parking area, the school parking, the main ring road of the town, which are all very close to the house. We will give you more iformation about the parking spots as soon as you arrive.

“Myrtia House” is consisted of the ground floor, the first and the second floor.

Capacity: 2-4 persons / 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with 2 single beds and another one with a double bed and brand new comfortable mattresses/ a kitchen, a dining room, a living room all in one and a balcony on the second floor / Air-conditioning, Tvs, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC, free Wi-fi acess provided.

More specifically, the first bedroom is on the ground floor, on the right side of the main entrance (on the ground floor), but it also has another independent entrance. Additionally, an internal door separates this bedroom from the rest of the house if someone needs privacy. It has 2 single beds which can become one double bed, its own bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The hidden lighting and the cosy decoration with details inspired from the sea and the sky make the place unique.

Walking up the comfortable stairs covered with wood, you find the main bedroom of the house, on the first floor. The bedroom has its own bathroom, too, with a shower and a hairdryer. Stone details on the wall, wooden floor and ceiling are some of the special characteristics of this room. The hidden lighting and vintage decoration create a dreamy relaxing environment.

On the second floor, there is a kitchen, a living room and a dining room all in one room, where you can enjoy your meals, your coffee, etc. It is equipped with a cooker with ceramic hobs, a coffee maker, a washing machine, a Tv and all the necessary electrical appliances. A Wc, air-conditioning, free Wi-fi are additional facilities of this room.

The windows of the house offer a spectacular view to the mountain, the old picturesque neighbourhoods and courtyards of the town. Especially, the balcony of the second floor is a great choice to have beautiful romantic wine nights under the moonlight and enjoy a journey of senses through the wonderful scent of “Chios” jasmine flower.

All rooms are sunny, bright and airy because of the ideal orientation of the house. The stairs of the house are very comfortable, in order not to get tired as you go up and down the floors. Although the floors are wooden, the rooms are very quiet and you will not be bothered by any noise, due to the perfect isulation.
