This house was built and framed with patio, porch, living room and all bed rooms with the stunning privilege of observing the sea, the Islet of Goats, Monte Brasil leisure area of the city of Angra do Heroísmo and mountain.
Surrounding the house with a large and stunning garden is an ideal place to rest and relax with total privacy. In the patio has a grill, table and chairs for entertaining

With a large living room, cable TV and internet, in common with a complete and very modern kitchen, with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea making facilities and other kitchenware.
The house has two bed rooms with ensuite bathroom, each room has a double bed and a single bed.
A garage with various utensils useful to the house such as washer and dryer, ironing table, table and street chairs.
It has a patio for parking.
