The Sky Attic enjoys a privileged position in the pedestrian zone in the heart of the town, close to all shops, bars and restaurants and a few steps from the beach. Very close to the train and bus station. It overlooks the main square of Sitges called Cap de la Vila. It is located on the fifth floor of an old and beautiful building without an elevator. Very central but at the same time very quiet thanks to its very high position that gives magnificent views of the town, its mountains and the sea. It seems to be in heaven!
It is a modern 50 square meter penthouse very bright thanks to its four doors that exit to the terrace of 60 square meters that surrounds it completely. The exclusive terrace is equipped with comfortable outdoor sofas, table with chairs and three sun loungers. It has an electric awning to repair the sun and have breakfast on the terrace. Or if you prefer, enjoy the sun all day, perfect for lovers of the Mediterranean climate. Its plants give it an even more comfortable touch.
It is a very cozy and renovated attic, which has all kinds of amenities.
The dining room is very spacious and bright, with modern decor. It has an old wooden table with chairs, a comfortable sofa, support tables. It has flat screen TV, stereo with radio, free internet connection. It has air conditioning and heat pump.
The kitchen is design and very functional. Fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave oven, ceramic hobs, kettle, toaster, coffee maker. Also available are a washing machine, clothesline, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board that are located in a warehouse located at the end of the terrace.
The bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with light, an old closet, air conditioning and heat pump. Through a door you exit to the terrace.
The apartment has a modern bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Equipped with bath and hand towels, hair dryer, hand soap and toilet paper. It has electric heating.
Thanks to its exclusive terrace and its location in the heart of the town it is the perfect place to enjoy the bustling activities of the town. All kinds of procession and parade of the popular Sitgetan festivals pass through the main square: Fiestas Mayor, Castellers, Holy Week procession, flower carpets of Corpus Christi, Carnival. A lovely place to enjoy the life of Sitges!

This space is truly magical. This property is a wonderful space in the best location. We loved the property, enough room for a couple, and possibly one other. Lovely windows and sunlight. But it is the patio overlooking the old town that is the bonus.

The roof top and location are great!! Be aware of the stairs if that is a concern. The place is fine inside but the roof is the main selling point!

Amazing Place

I have nothing bad to say about this place! The view is amazing and there is plenty of outdoor seating on the terrace. Full kitchen, large shower with dual shower heads, dishwasher, washer/dryer, truly no complaints. A very short walk to the ocean with tons of options for beaches, restaurants, etc.

The photos do not do the view justice! This place is amazing. Great view of the ocean. Super close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The bed is comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. If you can, definitely book this place. 10/10

Great stay in the centre of Sitges

This property is located in the centre of the centre of Sitges. Perfectly positioned to access the beach, shops, restaurants and train station. The terrace wraps around the property and has exposure to the sun throughout the day. The property was clean and spacious and has all the facilities needed for a short to a long stay. We received a great welcome from Samantha who was available to answer questions and provide some top tips.

Where the Sea Meets the Soul

We loved our stay in the heart of Sitges! The location was perfect—right in the lively town center and within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, and all the local happenings. The apartment had a fourth-floor terrace with a beautiful view, perfect for soaking in the atmosphere. The climb to the fourth floor can be a bit challenging since there’s no elevator, but we didn’t mind and enjoyed the extra exercise.Our host, Samantha, was amazing! She was in constant communication from the moment we arrived and was always available for any questions or concerns we had during our stay. Her warmth and attentiveness made everything feel easy and welcoming.Just a heads-up: during weekends and holidays, the street noise can carry into the early morning, so earplugs might be helpful for light sleepers. That said, we truly enjoyed being in the heart of it all and would absolutely stay here again!

Great apartment in the centre of Sitges

Great spot to stay. We know Sitges well so we were pleased when we saw the location of this property. It’s in the perfect spot. However building works on the flat below started at 8am every morning and continued throughout the day. Not just banging and sawing but drilling, knocking down walls and fitting RSJs so we could not make use of the fantastic roof terrace we’d booked the apartment for. The noise was unbearable. Should definitely not have been charged at full price. I wish we’d know this was going on as we could have easily changed our dates. The apartment is on the 5th level so you need to be pretty mobile to stay here. Our stay would have been perfect if it wasn’t for the super early awakenings and consistent drilling every day!

Heart of Sitges, beautiful views, lovely terrazzo, 80 steps

This building was built in 1883, so forewarned no lift, but 80 beautiful marble stairs to the penthouse. Situated in the center of the old town, it is a little over 100 meters to the beach which you can drop in on from an array of quaint alleys that all lead downhill to there. Surrounded by lovely shops and cafes there is an abundance of food and drink to be had. There is an efficient mercado across the street and 5 minute walk brings you to a super mercado with meat, cheese, veggies and sundries stalls above, right next door to the train station. If the weather is inclement there are 6 art museums within a 10 minute walk. The Cau Ferrat has an amazing collection of art and ironwork ephemera. But really, the terrazzo is the crown jewel. When the sun is shining it is such a relaxing place to chill and listen to the hum of the city. The railings are a bit low so careful on the approach if you have vertigo. The view of the Mediterranean and the surrounding hills is lovely. Great little place to stay.

Terrace with a view.

Be warned, 5 flights of stairs with a suitcase on a hot day is not for everyone. But well worth the effort for this cosy bolthole with a great sunny terrace overlooking the town square. A great place to people watch and catch the all day sun. And dealing with Samantha was easy too..
