Why should you stay in unit B202?
One of the closest condos to the beach with great views! Walk out of your vacation condo and you are only steps away from either the main pools and lazy river ride or the white sandy beach and ocean!

*Newly added the ability to book 3 night minimums instead of full weeks.

We also have another condo in Waterscape if you only need a 2 bedroom.

Entertainment:
* Daily beach service is included - no need to worry with transporting beach chairs and umbrellas to the beach every day.
* Lounge chair patio furniture with access from the living room as well as master bedroom and 2nd bedroom.
* The kitchen is fully stocked to enjoy the grills that are only a few steps from your door.
* Flat screen TVs and DVD players in every room including the bunk area!
* All units have free wifi.

Sleeping Arrangements – We can comfortably sleep 10 in our unit with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, 2 separate twin beds in the 3rd bedroom, 2 twin beds in the bunk area, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Relaxation – Master bedroom has a HUGE tub along with a shower with sitting area. Our unit is stocked with a Margarita machine – mix your own concoctions to take to the beach or enjoy after a day in the sun! Keyless entry – no need to worry about keys during your stay.

Management – We operate and own our unit which means you have access to us should anything undesirable arise. We’ll do our very best to ensure your vacation is as relaxing as possible!

Excellent family vacation

This is a great place for a family vacation. The location to both the beach and pool was fantastic and the large balcony with Adirondack chairs was a wonderful place to sip our morning coffee. Our family of 5 adults and 3 small children was very comfortable here and we would not hesitate to come back.

Great location!

Very family friendly resort. Great host, great communication. We had an excellent time! Our only complaint (which wasn’t related to the unit) was it was a little chilly at times to be in a non-heated pool. The resort does have one heated pool but it was very crowded.

Great place for kids.

Highly recommend if you are traveling with children or grandchildren. Huge pool with lots of things for kids. Condo is in a good location with nice view. Clean and comfortable.Several good restaurants in walking distance. Hot tubs are overrun with kids. If you are not traveling with kids, you might find a more adult atmosphere somewhere else.

BEST VACATION SPOT IN FWB

This condo was perfect for our spring break vacation! It has a wonderful view of the beach with a nice size balcony. Convinent for all pools and beach access. Pool has a restaurant that allows you to stay there for the day, no need to leave for a lunch break. Richard keeps the condo neat and clean and it is stocked of all the kitchen accessories you will need to cook. Would recommend to anyone and hope to book again for the summer.

Beach vacation

This is our third time visiting Okaloosa Island and staying at Waterscape and it never disappoints. We always say we are going to try somewhere else, but the risk is not worth it, as you really do have the best of all worlds when staying here - pool/lazy river, then a few feet away, beach with daily beach set up. Great family location - yet, just minutes away from any night life you could imagine. Richard, our condo host was amazing and his communication throughout the process was superior. Highly recommend!!

The property manager was great anytime we needed him. He answered my questions. The condo was beautiful. The kids had a great time and I enjoyed it. I’m 69 years old and it was relaxing and The ocean was full of seaweed and jellyfish so we really enjoyed the lazy river and in the pool, it was a great time.

As close to the beach as it gets!

This condo is beach accessible and directly across the hall from the elevator which we rarely waited for. The pools are great for all ages. The upper deck toddler pool with covered playground was a hit with our 22 month old granddaughter. Additionally, she enjoyed the activities including a Pirate show and Bubble parade. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the large deck with expands the living space while giving a feeling of really being at the beach. We loved sitting on the deck hearing the sounds of the ocean even during a rain shower. We couldn’t have asked for a better beach experience!! Even though we had no unexpected issues with the property, our communications with the owner were prompt and provided us with all the information needed. We will definitely stay here again!!

Perfect location especially with kids.

Property was very clean except for top of fridge. Bathrooms are large. Not a lot of Knick knacks which is nice imo when you have kids about. We had a minor electrical issue that was taken care of immediately. Nice, big washer dryer. Some of the headboards on the beds are not attached so beds had to be pulled away from wall to prevent banging on wall. Complimentary beach service is a nice touch and not included in all rentals. Ocean view was great, pool is awesome for children and beach was beautiful. Loved sitting on the balcony which is shaded in the afternoon.Very long wait for food at snack shack at pool. Definitely recommend Stewby’s Steamer which is very near. Go after 7:30 for shorter line.

We are a fun loving family that Loves Waterscape! We are a family of five, with three great daughters. We have owned unit C-204 since 2010 and recently acquired B-202 also. We love for people to stay in our favorite home away from home and try our very best to make it easy and stress free to reserve and stay with us.

Why they chose this property

Waterscape has something for everyone! Nearly a waterpark inside the courtyard with many pools and the lazy river ride. Waterscape also has a wide and deep sugar white sand beach with loads to do or just relax and listen to the waves.

What makes this property unique

Unit B202 is one of only a few true 3 bedrooms and is in a premium spot to have a direct view of the wide white sandy beach and the ocean.
