This individual ground floor apartment is located just 400 metres from the main beach of Porto Pino as well as from other little sandy and rocky coves. Tucked away in a quiet location in the pinewood of Porto Pineto, the centre of the sea-village with the main services is just 1 minute walk away. The air-conditioned apartment is composed by a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and oven), one bathroom with shower and one bedroom furnished with a double bed. Two quite big roof windows ensure great light and airy interiors’ conditions as well as romantic stars view during night time. Back to the apartment a staircase leads to an open-air terrace with a relax and dining area. The fully independent apartment is located closed to the house of the owners where a private Wi-Fi is available for the guests. To the benefit of the next guests, smoking and any pets are not allowed inside the apartment.

Lovely property, lovely people, lovely place

My girlfriend and I recently stayed here, Porto Pino is wonderful, it's just like the photographs with white sandy beaches and crystal clear water. Also plenty of great restaurants with friendly service and stay open late. Valentina and Stefano were lovely and extremely helpful people who seemed only too happy to give us advice and answer any questions we had. The apartment is perfect, providing everything we needed and more, we especially enjoyed the upstairs terrace as an area to relax in the sun. It is only a short walk to the beach and is right around the corner from the shops and restaurants. If looking for a relaxing beach holiday you won't find a nicer place than this. Teddy.

Apartment mit Dachterrasse

Das Apartment war ganz OK. Leider verfügt es nur mit Fenster zu einem kleinen Innenhof oder einer Mauer. Einen schönen Blick hatten wir nur von der eigenen Dachterrasse, die wir zum Frühstücken und Sonnen nutzten. Das Apartment liegt sehr ruhig, kein Straßenlärm. Die Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig sehr schnell zu erreichen. Es gibt mehrere gute Restaurants mit frischen Fischgerichten in der Nähe.

Great location in relaxed porto pino. Large roof terrace, modern interior, efficient quiet aircon.

Small relaxed seaside resort with a few restaurants, shops and bars. The apartment is just a few minutes walk to the marina and closest beach, with bars and restaurants close by. A short 5 minute drive brings you past lagoons with occasional flamingoes to fantastic is arenas beach (blue flag 2016) which is long, backed by sand dunes, and has a few food and sunbed type establishments. In summary, a great appartment for a relaxed beach holiday.

Vacanza a Porto Pino

Ciao , ci tengo particolarmente a consigliare questa struttuta a chiunque voglia passare una vacanza in un posto veramente bello. L'appartamento/casa e completo di tutto , comodo e pulito ; Valentina e Stefano sono due persone accoglienti e gentilissimi. Porto Pino e' un centro piccolo ma offre tutti i servizi necessari e a 3 km a Sant'Anna Arresi non manca propio nulla e qui , consiglio di fermarsi a cena nei seguenti due locali : - La Pescheria - Lavori in Corso Luca , Monica , Giada

Apartment zum Wohlfühlen

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Eigentümer, immer hilfsbereit, sehr angenehme Vermieter, man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Apartment hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen, makellos sauber, Ausstattung perfekt, alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist einfach ideal um zu Fuß die schönen Strände und Buchten von Porto Pino und Umgebung zu erkunden, ebenso die Restaurants und Lokalitäten sind bequem zu erreichen. Im ganzen ein idealer Platz wo man sich wohl fühlt und von wo aus man die schöne Sardiniens erkunden kann.....man kann es nur empfehlen.

casa meravigliosa, tutto fantastico

Siamo una coppia e abbiamo soggiornato una settimana a Porto Pino. C'è poco da dire....la casa è ancor più bella dal vivo che vista in fotografia, veramente perfetta in tutto. Pulitissima, tutto nuovo e impeccabile, spiagge raggiungibili a piedi, immersa in una pineta e con un terrazzo meraviglioso. La proprietaria si è dimostrata molto gentile e professionale, spiegandoci tutto accuratamente in modo da trascorrere al meglio la nostra permanenza. Che aggiungere? Wifi, tv Samsung con tutti i canali ( utile, Porto Pino non ha una grande vita notturna ), lavastoviglie e lavatrice, zanzariere ovunque e silenzio assoluto La consiglio vivamente per una coppia o al massimo una famiglia di 4 persone

Vacanza indimenticabile

Estate 2014 vacanza da favola, ritornare e' stato un trauma!! Appartamento molto pulito, curato in ogni particolare e dotato di ogni confort. I padroni di casa sono decisamente simpatici e disponibili. Le spiagge sono molto belle e raggiungibili anche a piedi in pochi minuti. La casa è situata in una zona molto tranquilla nei pressi di una pineta. In poche parole il paradiso.
