Panoramic attic with terrace and pool, overlooking the dunes of Is Arenas Biancas in Porto Pino and the lagoon. Finished to a high standard, it offers breathtaking views of the beach, dunes, lagoon, and vineyards. Guests have access to a shared pool with three other apartments in the villa.

Just 10 minutes from the main beaches, bars, and restaurants. Fully equipped with internet, private parking, dishwasher, induction hobs, and air conditioning in every room – plus a fantastic pool.

Our attic offers an elegant and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The two bedrooms are tastefully furnished with comfortable beds. The living room includes a sofa bed for extra guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hobs, and all cooking essentials. The modern bathroom features a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. The panoramic terrace is ideal for enjoying the stunning view, relaxing in the sun with an aperitif, or having breakfast with a breathtaking landscape.

Guests have full access to the entire attic, including the panoramic terrace. Private parking is available for those arriving by car. The property has internet access and air conditioning in every room for maximum comfort year-round.

The attic is in a strategic location, about 15 minutes on foot from the main beaches, bars, and restaurants. Recently renovated, it features wooden finishes and a white wooden ceiling that gives a cosy and welcoming touch. After a day at the beach, relax on the terrace and enjoy the incredible views over the dunes and lagoon of Porto Pino.
