Flats Friends Nave is a building located in the heart of Valencia, next to the Jardines del Parterre and La Paz street. It is a small building with 6 apartments, so there is no crowding of people. The keys are collected independently in a small safe at the entrance of the building. This way, contact between people is minimized, although our staff is available by phone or WhatsApp if you have any questions.
The apartment has all the amenities you are looking for in a hotel, like staff available every day or free wifi. At the same time, you can enjoy the city like a local thanks to the complete kitchen at your disposal and the privacy offered by the quiet pedestrian street in which it is located.
Flats Friends Nave is a fully furnished apartment ready to accommodate up to 4 people. It has a double bed in the room, sofa bed in the living room, cotton sheets and towels, kitchen renovated in March 2018 and bathroom with shower.
When you feel like going out, you are 5 minutes walking from the historic center if you walk to the left and from the main shopping area (Colón and Don Juan of Austria streets) if you go to the right. It is the ideal location to discover the city on foot!

Posizione perfetta
Siamo rimasti davvero contenti e soddisfatti del soggiorno.
La posizione è ottima e l'appartamento è accogliente e pulito.
Non abbiamo usufruito della cucina ma sembrava comunque efficiente e ben fornita.
Ringrazio il servizio clienti per la loro costante disponibilità e prontezza nel rispondere a qualsiasi domanda o richiesta.

Appartamento esattamente come descritto nel sito della prenotazione, pulito, completo di tutto quello che occorre biancheria da letto, da bagno, cucina attrezzata per cucinare con pentole e stoviglie, frigo acceso e pronto all'uso, microonde.
Ottima posizione, organizzazione perfetta per ritiro chiavi e accesso all'appartamento al momento del nostro arrivo.
Sinceramente trovo che non ci sia niente da dover migliorare

Het appartement was op de foto's fris om te zien, maar eenmaal aangekomen was het niet zo mooi als verwacht. Douchekop die na aangaan van de kraan niet meer blijft staan in positie, na veel modderen met een theelepel het schroefje in de douchesteun aan kunnen draaien en werkte het weer. De badkamerdeur die door de grote hoeveelheid water die het had opgenomen over de vloer aanliep. Aanrechtblad met flink wat brandplekken van een te hete pan of iets dergelijks. Duidelijk was dat dit appartment een goeie beurt kan gebruiken. Het voelt als zeuren aan om dit te zeggen, maar dit was wel de eerste indruk die we hadden. Verder hebben we een prima vakantie gehad, locatie was perfect en Valencia was zeker een mooie stad.

El proceso de alquiler no fue complicado para mí, que no tengo nada de experiencia, y todos mis problemas fueron resueltos rápidamente. El apartamento era correcto y estaba en una buena zona, y no puedo quejarme de nada. Fue una buena elección.
