Apartment of 50 square, modern and cozy meters with superb location: in the center of Valencia and overlooking the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. Spacious and bright living room with sofa double bed, flat screen TV and WIFI. Room for four people and fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a spacious bathroom with shower. Powerful air conditioning / heating. Terrace with table and chairs for two, perfect for enjoying a breakfast outdoors contemplating life in the city center. Second floor with elevator.
very safe area, the apartment is located in emblematic pedestrian street with a varied cuisine and culture. Next to the neighborhood of Carmen, the Cathedral, the Plaza de la Virgen and Central Market. Surrounded by major shopping and entertainment venues in the city: Starbucks, Foster Hollywood, the new Hard Rock Cafe, shop Valencia CF, cinemas and theaters. We find nearby restaurants with chefs from the likes of Ricard Camarena and Quique Dacosta.
Three supermarkets in the area and just three minutes Central Market in Valencia with all kinds of fresh and typical products of the earth. A real spectacle for the senses.
Next to the floor: several banks with ATM and parking. One of the parkings offers daily rate of 15 euros (you can freely dispose of the car)
 Excellent communication: bus stop at the door, bus 19 goes directly to the City of Arts and Sciences and to the Oceanographic and metro stop (stops Xátiva and Colón) just 200 meters away. Bike rentals in the area. Very close to the beach, the Oceanographic and the City of Arts and Sciences.

October in Valencia

Our six-day visit was very enjoyable. The facility was as described on the VRBO site, very clean and comfortable. The location is superb in the city center near major attractions. The hosts provided excellent guidance in every respect, Maria was always responsive and timely. We hope to return next year.

Great communication

We really enjoyed our stay in Valencia. The apartment was very nice, true to pictures and very clean with everything we needed. It was very easy communicating with the owners and they were very nice. There were nice restaurants very near. We really enjoyed the pizzaria next door. Loved their risotto. Several good bakery’s nearby. We were able to walk almost everywhere. It was a 4 minute east walk from the train station. There were taxis at the square adjacent to the apartment. We felt very safe walking around at night. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Excellente localisation

Bel appartement très lumineux et très propre. La propriétaire est très gentille. On entend beaucoup cependant les bruits de la rue même avec volets fermés et les bruits des voisins. Il faudrait corriger dans la description VRBO la dimension du lit qui n’est pas de 160 cm mais plutôt 150 cm et le téléviseur qui n’est pas de 42 po mais 32 po. La dimension du lit était importante pour nous et on choisit souvent en fonction de ceci. Valence est une ville extraordinaire et très facile à visiter à pied de cet appartement.

Lovely few days in Valencia

The apartment was perfect and Maria was a great host. She was flexible when our incoming train plans changed and was communicative when needed. The apartment had everything we needed and was in a great location. We had a great few days in Valencia.

Fabulous!

The apartment is a very comfortable space with all the basics you need. It is central to everything, including the train station and the metro line to the airport. Our host, Maria, was very friendly, helpful and had excellent communication. She gave us numerous suggestions about restaurants. Parking is not included but is available in an underground parking garage at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Amazing central location

This apartment is in an ideal place to explore and enjoy all the highlights of Valencia. We were in town during the early part of the Fallas festival - and all you have to do is walk 10 metres to be in the heart of the action. The apartment itself has all you need. With the bedroom in the back and with the shutters down, it is remarkably quiet once you get used to Spanish timelines. Maria and Juanjo were super easy to work with and went out of their way to accommodate our arrival and to advise on things to do and eat. We can recommend staying here at if you want to experience Valencia as it supposed to be. We had a wonderful time.

Great location

This was the perfect location in the old part of the city. Lots of good places to eat and everything nearby. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. Very active on the weekend and less so during the week.

Right in the heart of the City Center

Maria was a joy to meet. She arranged it so we could drop our luggage in the Apt prior to formal check in. The location was easy to find in the heart of the city center. We felt safe in the area as we saw a relaxed city living there. Close to the Metro, buses and major hotel taxi hailing. Our apt was on the second floor and the outdoor restaurants could be heard from the inside, but the storm shades could be drawn to create more privacy. We loved the place and the town. Highly recommend. We’re coming back.

Lovely bright modern apartment in the centre of the city. Everything was catered for and Maria was very helpful throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment to anyone looking to stay in the city. When we looked for an apartment in the city we wanted one with a small balcony and as soon as we came across this one we knew it was the perfect one for us and we were'nt disappointed.

Wenn man mitten im Leben sein und sich gleichzeitig wie zuhause fühlen möchte - dies ist die perfekte Wohnung. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht und die Wohnung entspricht exakt den Beschreibungen. Check in und Check out waren problemlos. Perfect place for vacation

The apartment is in the very center of Valencia, still it is reasonably quiet. Location is perfect - the old city is just around the corner, the restaurants, supermarkets, cafes -- all very close and of great quality. The apartment is very clean, has everything you might need, a lot of taste in decoration of apartment. Maria provided all information we needed and was extremely helpful. Perfect place for vacation!

Comfortable and convenient

A lovely bright and clean apartment located right next to the Plaza Ayuntamenta. We had come for the Fallas celebrations and we were able to enjoy the sound of the Mascleta from the balcony without the crush of the crowds. Maria was so welcoming and charming and was careful to let us know that the lift was quite small and a bit of a squeeze for my wife in her wheelchair. There is plenty of room in the apartment and we found it easy to get round the sights of central Valencia during our short stay. Many thanks to the owners for such a great stay.

Einfach toll

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Maria hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns alles in Ruhe gezeigt und erklärt. Man fühlte sich direkt sehr heimisch. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wir waren 6 Tage vor Ort und die zentrale Lage war ein Traum. Nicht nur die Wohnung auch Valencia sind eine Reise wert. Wir haben einen ganz kleinen Kritikpunkt und das ist der fehlende Kleider- oder Einbauschrank im Schlafzimmer. Es ist nur eine Kleiderstange vorhanden, die praktisch ist. Aber die hängenden Kleiderfächer sind nicht praktisch, da die Kleidung immer herausfiel. Vielleicht wäre das noch ein Verbesserungsvorschlag, dann wäre die Wohnung wirklich perfekt!
